The receptions staff are rude and make you feel uncomfortable. not very well with communication with clints. I walked in, the one staff told me to fill out covid19 questioniare sheets. I told the one staff i am ready, she told me to sit down and finish the forms, I said im done, she said sit down im not ready. i understand they are busy, but they told me to wait, i told them i was ready three times, they insist me to sit down till they were ready. The staff treated me like i was a child telling me "sit down". there was three receptions talking about how busy it was, what equipment needs to be fixed in the office, and talking about lunch to order. During this time of this conversation they could have register me in, instead of making me wait in the lobby for 20 min just to register.when the other staff was ready for me to take my form, she was okay, until she said okay thanks for the forms, then she says go sit down. I had another e-form, i told her i have it, she ask why isnt both electronic, make my job harder. i didnt say anything because i didnt want to be rude back, shes mummbled something. I said what did you say? shes like to me I didnt have to ask her so rude and they dont tolerate aggressive clients, i looked at her and shook my head. So it is okay for clients to tolerate aggressive behaviour from staff, and when I question what they say because i didnt hear you thru a mask and a barrier...the staff thinks i was being aggressive when i only ask what they have said? i hate that i had to interrupt there conversation about what is for lunch at 9 am? The technicians were very respectful, and professional. The receptions needs to be more professional. while i was waiting to be called, the client was try to out her mask on as she was trying to get ready to leave, the three receptionist told the client to put her mask on, the second lady within seconds told her says you NEED TO PUT YOUR MASK ON NOW, 20 seconds later, the three receptionist did YOU hear us put your mask on. as i noticed she was trying to. but the client is trying to put her mask on as shes holding her belongings in both hands. Im blown away they treat few clients that come in here, and other clients they treat very respectful and certain times they would be so rude.

I had Cortisol injection by Dr. Javier Liew and he is the best dr. For getting this done. I am going to him again.

My original appointment at another clinic had to be canceled but they found another the same day at a different clinic. I actually arrived quite early and was taken in right away. I was out in the shortest time possible. The procedure was virtually painless. Thanks

Great clinic, very efficient. Friendly knowledgeable staff and great Doctors.I dealt with Dr Chen for a steroid injection in my hip. It was completely pain free and he explained all of the procedures before moving ahead. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re shopping around.

I have been attending Brentwood for a number of years for pain control by administration of facet injections. These are amazing staff. They are friendly, very caring and from time you enter at front desk to the completion of the injections I could not imagine better care and concern they provide me. I strongly recommend Brentwood!

Highly do not recommend this location if there is a language barrier. Staff are easily frustrated if instructions need to be repeated. My grandma felt belittled and upset and is hard of hearing which was mentioned during appt.

Everyone was terrific with how my procedure went. At all times that they were giving pre treatment and post treatment that they made constant eye contact, and gave me a very thorough understanding about what to expect before and after the procedure was performed. Excellent work in this office!!!!

Came in for a ultrasound today staff where very pleasant and helpful and the location is very good lots of parking and easy access off Crowchild tr or John Lauri blvd when driving and the train station is close for those who use transit.

I’ve been having my pain management procedures at CDC Brentwood for about seven years. I’ve gone to another provider a few times. No comparison! CDC Brentwood has the friendliest and kindest bunch of people.

Dr Liew as usual did an excellent job of injecting the cotisone into my ankle. These shots are supposed to be 3 months of pain relief but I am getting up to 6 months. I also had my wife go and see him for an injection in her hip and back

I went to this location for multiple tests and brought my laptop, bag full of things expecting to be waiting for quite a bit of time. I was wrong They have a great system going! I was called in as soon as I arrived, did not have to wait at all even for the next text and staff member The entire team was so friendly and professional as well I was very impressed and happy with my visit 5 stars for sure !

I'm probably going to this place for about 25 yrs or so and I was always satisfied with the courtesy and with care they have treated me. More importantly the doctors and radiologists I dealt with are very thorough and professional. In particular the last report from Dr G Campbell is very detailed and obviously v helpful to manage my health. Also, the place has undergone a recent relative small renovation and received some new (long overdue in my opinion) medical equipment. My suggestion would be for CDC to look for a newer and larger place around the same location and continue to update the medical equipment.

I am very impressed with how compassionate these folks are with their staff. Very caring toward all their patients, but seniors in particular. It was a great experience to witness. A lot of health care workers could take a cue from these professionals

Our experience was the opposite of "dragonfly." In the past, we have generally had good visits to this clinic. Not this time. My wife has Alzheimer's disease and I didn't find the staff particularly understanding or caring. The clinic seemed to be uncomfortable handling patients in wheelchairs. We are seniors.

The Brentwood staff is absolutely phenomenal! From the telephone appointment staff, to the front desk clerks, the technicians and radiologists-so professional and polished! Always with a smile, even when faced with these challenging times. Their understanding and patience when dealing with patients is admirable. This is definitely a team model that every health-related office should follow. Keep up the great work, and know it is appreciated.

Went to the Brentwood clinic yesterday for a pain management injection, the staff were excellent, the Doctor answered my questions, the procedure went smoothly and the results are great. Thank you all Mike

I was in for upper GI imaging. The check in was efficient and there was a short wait time. The gowns were in good condition, and the changing rooms were clean. The technicians were very professional and efficient. All in all, it was a smooth experience!

I have a great experience every time i go in. The staff is always very helpful. Its nice to see a facility go the extra mile in 2022, when most outfits are shirking if anything. These people wont be the bottleneck
