The
receptions
staff
are
rude
and
make
you
feel
uncomfortable.
not
very
well
with
communication
with
clints.
I
walked
in,
the
one
staff
told
me
to
fill
out
covid19
questioniare
sheets.
I
told
the
one
staff
i
am
ready,
she
told
me
to
sit
down
and
finish
the
forms,
I
said
im
done,
she
said
sit
down
im
not
ready.
i
understand
they
are
busy,
but
they
told
me
to
wait,
i
told
them
i
was
ready
three
times,
they
insist
me
to
sit
down
till
they
were
ready.
The
staff
treated
me
like
i
was
a
child
telling
me
"sit
down".
there
was
three
receptions
talking
about
how
busy
it
was,
what
equipment
needs
to
be
fixed
in
the
office,
and
talking
about
lunch
to
order.
During
this
time
of
this
conversation
they
could
have
register
me
in,
instead
of
making
me
wait
in
the
lobby
for
20
min
just
to
register.when
the
other
staff
was
ready
for
me
to
take
my
form,
she
was
okay,
until
she
said
okay
thanks
for
the
forms,
then
she
says
go
sit
down.
I
had
another
e-form,
i
told
her
i
have
it,
she
ask
why
isnt
both
electronic,
make
my
job
harder.
i
didnt
say
anything
because
i
didnt
want
to
be
rude
back,
shes
mummbled
something.
I
said
what
did
you
say?
shes
like
to
me
I
didnt
have
to
ask
her
so
rude
and
they
dont
tolerate
aggressive
clients,
i
looked
at
her
and
shook
my
head.
So
it
is
okay
for
clients
to
tolerate
aggressive
behaviour
from
staff,
and
when
I
question
what
they
say
because
i
didnt
hear
you
thru
a
mask
and
a
barrier...the
staff
thinks
i
was
being
aggressive
when
i
only
ask
what
they
have
said?
i
hate
that
i
had
to
interrupt
there
conversation
about
what
is
for
lunch
at
9
am?
The
technicians
were
very
respectful,
and
professional.
The
receptions
needs
to
be
more
professional.
while
i
was
waiting
to
be
called,
the
client
was
try
to
out
her
mask
on
as
she
was
trying
to
get
ready
to
leave,
the
three
receptionist
told
the
client
to
put
her
mask
on,
the
second
lady
within
seconds
told
her
says
you
NEED
TO
PUT
YOUR
MASK
ON
NOW,
20
seconds
later,
the
three
receptionist
did
YOU
hear
us
put
your
mask
on.
as
i
noticed
she
was
trying
to.
but
the
client
is
trying
to
put
her
mask
on
as
shes
holding
her
belongings
in
both
hands.
Im
blown
away
they
treat
few
clients
that
come
in
here,
and
other
clients
they
treat
very
respectful
and
certain
times
they
would
be
so
rude.
