The service at Shimoon Jewellers is phenomenal! I took my engagement ring and wedding band in to get resized and they now fit perfectly. Shimoon Jewelers in Dalhousie Shopping Center is by far the most exquisite, beautiful designed jewelers In not only the northwest but all of Calgary. If you are looking for that perfect special piece, look no further. They also do repairs and resizing. I had them do a resizing snd rhodium on Diamond rings and they are more beautiful than the day I bought them. The craftsmanship is far superior to any I have seen. Their hours are very accommodating and Mr. Shimoon is very pleasant and professional. He will offer suggestions and designs to suit your exact taste. I cannot recommend this jeweler enough. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

My parents wanted to buy a few pieces of jewellery for my wedding and we had a great experience at Shimoon Jewellers. Unlike many other jewellers, Haik doesn’t pressure you at all to make a sale - he is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, skilled. We bought a bracelet, asked him to re-size and create earrings from the extra diamonds, and also custom-make a pendant. All were completed to a very high quality and with a super quick turnaround time. Overall an excellent experience - we will definitely be repeat customers. Highly recommend!

My mom and I came in to have two rings appraised, one fixed and one re-sized. Haik was so helpful - he gave us appraisals right on the spot and helped us figure out what was needed to get both our rings fixed up and ready to wear. We chose to have him fix both and they were done within a week! Such amazing service and our rings look incredible. My mom has plans to bring more jewelry in for appraisals and repair. I’ve been looking for quite a while for the right person to design, my wedding rings, and when we met Haik, I knew we had the right person. His attention to detail and master craftsmanship are obvious in the beautiful rings that he made! They will be heirlooms, and cherished forever! I called them my Cinderella Disney princess rings because they make me feel like a princess❤️ The whole process, from our first meeting, to going through the 3-D mock ups, to receiving the rings were enjoyable and fun! we would definitely go back here for any other jewellery needs we had!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience finding the right engagement ring for my now fiancée. The first visit featured Amanda, who was extremely helpful in narrowing down the key details of the ring that sparked my girlfriend’s interest. The second visit saw the ring maker, Haik, provide thoughtful insight to my idea of the ring I was hoping to get crafted. He listened to all the wants/needs, and added his own suggestions for consideration. He even worked on the fly when an amendment needed to be made on a feature of the ring. Six weeks later, this stunning ring was made available for pickup. My hopes were high for the outcome, and those expectations were still blown out of the water with the final product. The quality of the diamond was above asking, and the band itself was gorgeously built to compliment the centrepiece. The best part of all: my fiancée is absolutely in love with her ring! She can’t stop staring at it! It’s so sparkly and looks perfect on her! I can’t thank Shimoon enough for the work they did. We are both over the moon at the result. We look forward to getting our wedding bands done here as well!

I had a very bad experience dealing with a jeweller in Victoria BC, he did quite a bit of damage to my engagement ring. Haik at Shimoon Jewellers not only fixed the problem but made other recommendations to further improve both the look and comfort of the ring. I'm delighted. And all for a third of the price my original jeweller charged. Would highly recommend Shimoon Jewellers. I was sad to see the family jewellery business close that was in this space prior to Shimoon Jewellers moving in, but was more than pleasantly surprised to learn that this is a family member of the prior jewellery store owners (who retired).
