Everything was great. The service, the rooms, the cleanliness, the free breakfast and the amazing view. I highly recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel because our son was getting married. The pictures on the internet looked very nice but the interior of the hotel is getting dated and dirty and for the prices they charge it either needs to be updated and cleaned or lower the prices. Kamal at the front desk was not very friendly when we checked in and we feel that the next time we come to Canmore, we will spend a little more and stay somewhere quite nicer. Just because you are a tourist mountain town doesn't give you the right to over charge and under serve. Usually in these places, customer service is much, much better. Very disappointing. The only aspect we really enjoyed was the large hot tub. Spend your money elsewhere if you visit the lovely town of Canmore!

A great place to stay near Banff. Super easy commute to all beautiful attractions in Banff. The rooms and public areas were very clean and seem to be newly built. The room was nicely decorated and the beds and pillows were very comfy. The breakfast was great. Everyone we ran into was very professional and courteous. Check in was quick and easy and they were accommodating all our needs quickly. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and loved it. Saw a lot of reviews while booking that there was limited housekeeping service (bedding changed by request only) and limited breakfast options (grab n go bags). However, while we were staying there, there was a full breakfast on offer in the lobby both mornings and our room was done up both nights, so it appears some changes have been made. A pleasant surprise! My only critique is that parking is quite limited.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, the room was comfy and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for exploring. The bed was heavenly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I enjoyed the pool too. Highly recommend!

Clean, convenient with a friendly staff. Nice breakfast included. Close to town and not far from Banff attractions. We had a spacious room with a couch and seating area, 2 Queen beds. It didn't bother us but there is train traffic so if you're a light sleeper get a room street side. Edit review: we needed to stay an additional day and they were very accommodating and professional for helping me correct my booking error. The original review mentioned an overcharge but my bills do not indicate that was the case.

Clean rooms, quiet, hot shower, 2 double beds, free breakfast in the morning. It's got the essentials that you need to start off your morning right on your vacation. The only thing that we'd like to see improved is their less than desired dead pillows, but hey, still pretty great all in all.

Clean room, efficient check-in and check-out. Free breakfast, daily housekeeping. Overall not too noisy even if right beaide train tracks. Great value for money. Just the views if the mountains from the window is already amazing! The only critique I have are the AC filters that were dusty when I checked them. Other than that, hotel is amazing with wonderful staff! 100% recommend and will definitely come back in the future. Keep up the good service! Thank you for the wonderful stay

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. The hotel's location was perfect – close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. The breakfast buffet was a delightful spread of delicious options that left me energized for the day ahead. I also enjoyed unwinding by the hot tub. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. The exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made my trip truly memorable. We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel! We arrived after midnight and Athul was very accommodating and nice to work with!!! The room was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was good – fairly central. The breakfast buffet was good, although they were out of bananas 😊😊(not a big deal) There is a oversized hot tub. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Book your room today and enjoy your stay!!

I have stayed here at least 3 different times and have enjoyed it every time. Staff are knowledgeable, professional and very nice. Rooms and facility are always clean, breakfast is usually good and the views are spectacular! I do recommend this hotel for its great value as well.

Need to reword the description of room amenities. Why you need to use a term thar can mean many things. Use the correct term like handicap or wheel chair.... having the shower leak water all over the floor because it's wheel chair accessible. Save this room for special people. Describe it better. The front person was non reasonable and them talk the same way to many other people the same way. Deffently won't be back to this place and I'm sure alot more won't. Very noisy with the train traveling at all times of day and night.

My girlfriend and I came through Canmore to stay a night as we were heading to Revelstoke. We were greeted by Naman, the person at the front desk, and he was super helpful, nice and professional. He made sure our stay was great and if we needed anything we could go to him. The Canmore Super 8 and our room were super clean, spacious and the views were incredible! Parking was easy and free and complimentary breakfast was quite good. Definitely coming here again when I stop through again!

The hot tub was disgusting. It smelled bad and left some kind of unpleasant residue on my that took half an hour to wash off in the shower. Beds were uncomfortable, and the airconditioning varied between leaving the room way too hot and way too cold while sounding like a jet engine when the compressor kicked in. After the reply from management, lowering staff component of review. Read through other reviews and there seems to be a trend of Kamal replying to reviews with issues to state that "nobody else has ever complained about x." As if it's more important to downplay reviews or discredit reviewers than actually fix issues. Issues happen, deal with them and improve and you'll get better reviews next time. Will not stay there again

Great location, ask for a room that faces the street as this hotel backs right onto the train tracks. Clean, nice big hot tub! common areas like stair well and gym were WAY to hot!!!

Moncy and his team take this place from good to great. It is only a few years old so everything is like new. The room we stayed in was very large (much larger than most hotel rooms) and comfortable. The Hot Tub is awesome, and the included buffet breakfast is much better than expected. But it is still the staff that take this place to a level beyond everywhere else we have stayed in Canmore (and we have tried numerous). They are professional with a personal touch so they make every guest feel comfortable. All that said, my wife want to stay again so dont all of you start booking when we want to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. When we reached, the receptionist welcomed us. The room was clean. There was a coffee machine, a small fridge, desk, sofa chair. They provide a variety of breakfasts. You have multiple options to chose from. The best part I like, they keep refilling fresh hot eggs and bacon. It feels good to eat fresh and hot food. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay, if you are planning to get up early, have breakfast and go to Banff. The breakfast area was clean.

Very impressed about this Super 8 hotel. I thought it was a no frills standard rooms with very little amenities. But I was blown away with the kitchenette rooms and comfortable beds. The best sleep I have had in a while in a hotel. Pillows were square sized which was odd but they were very comfortable! Full breakfast choices lots to pick from and very clean breakfast bar! I will definitely return if the price is right again!
