Decent hotel - good basic breakfast comfy beds and clean. Was nice to have windows that open. Great location close to everything you need and staff had great local suggestions.

This hotel was surprisingly super gr8! Clean and quiet. Spacious room. Cute lobby and friendly front desk staff. Others who have complained about this hotel being outdated have clearly not travelled enough as honestly in my opinion this hotel was nice for its price point. Hot tub and steam room was pretty good. The continental breakfast was decent also with good options.

I love staying here when working out on the road! The layout is very unique and the staff are just awesome and friendly. There is a waffle maker I believe, and the typical breakfast items like cereal, hardboiled eggs, bagels, yogurt to name a few. Always fresh when I’m there. They also have really good muffins which is a nice little extra! Amenities is a plus! There’s a small fitness room and nice little spa room, both which I have used. Overall, really pleased with my stays!

Service was amazing, Heather was on the desk and went out of her way to accommodate what we wanted. She was polite, friendly and made us feel so welcome. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room we got was a basement and the room was spacious than we expected. Price was affordable for a last minute booking. The plan was to go camp but due to weather we decided to stay. Front desk were very friendly, I loved the hot tub. Parking is safe and easy access to the front door. There was a crowd for breakfast but the food was good. Will come back again when we go hiking next year. 🫶🏻

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was very clean and cozy. Didn't hear much from other guests, which was really nice. There were quite a few options for breakfast, which the kids loved. Staff was friendly. We will absolutely stay again. The only thing I would recommend is a better blanket on the bed as it was very thin and we were a little chilly in the night and their is no extra blanket in the room.

Well-appointed in every way. Spacious rooms, hot tub and steam room, business center, laundry, breakfast with many options, coffee available at all times, complimentary cookies and fruit daily. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Makes me want to seek out Super 8 in the future. Wyndham rewards program saves you on rate.

The hotel itself was good. We were only in our room for a few hours so it was perfect for the price. The breakfast was ok, breakfast items included Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, toast, pancakes, yogurt, etc. The only thing that will stop us from visiting again is that in the morning we noticed the back of the bathroom door was covered in disgusting brown stuff that we cannot figure out how the house keeping staff missed that. We told the front desk and they apologized but that was it.

On Oct 20 2023 I stay there as I do every couple of Months as I live in Banff, I normally get a room on the Top floor and its Usually perfect for my needs. On this Friday do That was a different story I checked in earlier and the person at the desk was very nice and accommodating. The only room available at that time was on the first floor next to the exit door. NOW that room experience WAS not a NICE one at all for multiple reasons BUT mainly Prior to go out I was laying on my bed half dress watching TV when a MAN just showed UP at my window outside staring at me (I JUMPED out of the bed ) fast also staring at HIM and closed the BLINDS real fast I was confuse as to know what he was doing there THEN he started to work on my window by installing a mosquito net window screen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow Really! I should of been informed of the work that was about to be done as I was in my room! NOT impress at all! then the other major thing was that I notice rust on the bathroom light fixture and from my experience that is a condensation problem As I fill up the bath I turn the Celling ventilation fan BUT it was not working! after a bath and a shower YOU could see clearly on every walls the drop of waters and Im saying even in the room itself SO it has been like that for a well ...... That didnt inspire any confidence In the overall state of my room. That alone made me want to leave in the am asap! I didnt feel comfortably in that room whatsoever. And everything's else was just normal stuff like people stumping on the seconds floor A DRIP of water coming from somewhere all night long and the constant Diesel truck idling behind my room in the parking lot! That is my latest experience What I dont get is the Hotel lobby and staff is so professionals all together BUT that room I stayed in! for the almost full price of 135 I think it was NOT worth the MONEY...... I did leave a tip for the housekeeper BUT I dont think that I want to stay there again! Cheers Banff Resident

This hotels location is just far enough away from the main highway to avoid noise. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean as we have come to expect of Super 8 properties. Ideally set for International travellers on route from Calgary to the Rockies.

It was a single room which had an unusual layout, but it and the bed was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially when we were having issues with the key cards.
