This is an authentic motor court motel, with carports between many of the units. Rooms were all redone after the flood of 2018. Situated on the banks of the river with lots of outdoor seating options and a large green space. Dog friendly. Best place to stay in Grand Forks.

What a lovely little motel! We had such a great sleep. The rooms were elegantly renovated and impeccably clean. Great location, across the street from the Omega Greek restaurant! Glad to have this option when we travel through on our way back home to vancouver from my mom’s in Saskatchewan.

We stayed here at the beginning of June and it was lovely. The cabin was well updated, good privacy and comfortable, and the staff was easy going and great. The kitchenette is really nice, the bathroom is spacious and having two rooms instead of just two beds in a room was quite a luxury, and one we really appreciated with the kids. It felt like living in a really nice tiny home. There are lots of mosquitoes, being beside the river, so be prepared for that.

Wonderful staff! Thank you Karen for making our night on the way back home magical for our family. Beautiful spot by the river, pet-friendly, clean, cool and totally renovated rooms. Kitchenette and separate bedroom for kids is awesome for families.

This place was great. Great! So clean, big and at great price. We loved it. 2 seperate rooms gave us privacy. The staff accommodated our later arrival. There is a car port for the truck, 2 tvs etc. I could go on and on. It is a wonderful place. If I had more time to stay I most certainly would. I would also be coming here if I'm ever in the neighborhood.

We stayed here one night on our way through town in a pet friendly room. This place is a gem! new beds, new air conditioning, new fridge, new paint, all very clean and fresh. Staff was amazing, super helpful and kind. Will stay again for sure!

Wonderful little motel by the river. It's super clean, Fast wifi, AC blows cold, hotwater is instant. A really sweet place with a kitchenette. We loved it, thanks.
