Love this place. Staff is so good with my toddler. I've gone here to get medical services done when the local doctors office don't want to deal with it. Overall I find that the staff here are quite friendly and professional

Our experience with public health for our child’s vaccinations was great! Our nurse was well-prepared ahead of time (needed records transferred) and got the shots done as quickly as anyone could expect; she was friendly and helpful. Very happy with the care received. My only (minor) suggestion would be at least one mom/baby parking spot as it is a routine site for kiddo’s vaccines and follow up care; the lot was chalk full except for other reserved spots. Overall: positive experience.

For mental health care access here; Poor scheduling, infrequent and inconsistent psychotherapy not happening for weeks at a time. Overall disappointing. Very grim in the face of mental health care these days.

This store is well laid out, they have oodles and oodles of selection. The young lady that checked is it was so kind and Charu. I liked that. The lack of the last start is for too many cute things leading me to the tool. If I lived in Lethbridge and had a pretty, I would spend a fortune in that store! 😉

The COVID 19 Testing Center at the Kiro Wellness Center in Trail B.C.was very organized and efficient. The nurses were kind and provided a lot of information along with a sheet to take home.

I always love the workers here. Very open to answering questions, and very patient with children.
