I went through "The Wild West" one evening for a birthday and it was so new to me. It took a while to get into it and figure out what to do, but after a few minutes of taking in the rooms theme, which is very cool, we got into the groove. It was so much fun. I went back again a couple of weeks later to do "The Bunker" as it is rated harder. It definitely had more to do to get out but we knew a little more of what to expect so we got through unscathed. There is always a help button to get aid if needed. We went with 6 people and I thought it was a little cramped. It may be better with 4 but it's still great fun. The only thing I thought could be better is the rooms are pretty linear in the problems. You solve them sequentially. I kind of wish they were a little more convoluted to give more of a thinking challenge. Overall though a great way to spend an evening with friends and family. Then you see who is really smart!

Maddie was absolutely amazing! We did a group of 6 on the Jurassic Escape for my wife's birthday and boy was it a hoot! Would definitely recommend and will be going back!

Have loved every visit to The Great Escape that we have been to, both for date nights and family fun (kids aged 7-12 years old). Everyone is so nice and are genuinely excited for you to have a good time!

This is the fourth escape room ive been to, and it was probably my favourite. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and all of the puzzles were difficult, but not overly challenging. I also liked the freedom we had of how difficult we could make it, using as many hints if we needed to, but could also make it a challenge if wanted. Overall awesome escape room

Did the Octopus Games room and it was great! Awesome use of different locks and technology. The puzzles were tricky, but we managed to get through with no hints with a few minutes remaining. We’ll definitely be back to try another room.

Had our Team Building event at The Great Escape, it was perfect. Having new employees join our team, allowed everyone to open up and join some fun. Life is not always about work. Thanks for hosting us.

what a fun experience! The room had lots of clever problems for us to solve. We were newbies so not able to complete our task however we were pleasantly surprised to get extra time since there were no other groups behind us. Made it even better to finish our mission! Thanks for that:)

Tricky Puzzles and great service. We had a fantastic evening at The Great Escape. Our host graciously saved us a couple of times as we couldn't solve a couple of puzzles. I would definitely recommend this as a fun experience with the family.

It was so much fun. I took my 13 and 15 year old and they LOVED it. We never made it to the end but it makes us want to come back and try it again! We will for sure be back!!!

We had a great time doing the Wild West room last week! I reached out in advance via email regarding a member of my party who required a special accomodation, and the reply was incredibly fast. The team at the Great Escape worked with us to ensure our small group could all enjoy ourselves without worry! The game was fun, and the staff member on site was great when we needed a hint (or eight). Thank you!!

One of the first Escape Rooms that we ever went to, and compared to ones in Calgary and Edmonton it is still one of the best. Great puzzles that are always unique, have a great story, and feel crafted with a blend of love and professional quality that shows they love the work they do!

My family and I had a good experience here. I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ran in to a couple snags that were quickly addressed by staff.

A fun activity to do with family. Older teens loved it. The front desk employee was great, providing tips for us when we were completely off track which we appreciated. Very clever how they set up the room.

I like a good escape room and they can usually do it great but the last time we went we got a few puzzles into the room and discovered that they forgot to reset a few of the puzzles which was a little disappointing thus the 4 star instead of 5
