I'm from south carolina and i Love the Felix, anytime I have a issue they make sure it's fix right away. They have THE best customer service. They are able to walk you through step by step with any issues you have. The respond time of getting you going is almost asap. I never waited more that 15 minute to have my issue Resolved. If you are thinking should I buy a Neptune or a Felix try not to think to hard, Felix is the way to go!!! you won't regret the Felix!!! BTW Tom Thank you for everything you've done!! Can't wait to see what Felix will do next!!!

Quick review on the Felix Smart Aquarium controller for my planted tank setup that I purchased, and I am absolutely thrilled with it! The setup process was a breeze, and I was able to start controlling all my equipment, setting timers, based on events and scenarios for connected devices right away i.e canister filter, heater, UVL, CO2, mister, and dosing pump. What I love most about the Felix Smart Aquarium controller is how easy it is to use. The app is intuitive and user-friendly, for example to customise my lighting and temperature settings by creating dependent rules based on the IFTTT system with just a few taps. The real-time monitoring and alerts are also incredibly helpful. I can keep an eye (literally- Webcam feature) on my aquarium from anywhere, and I'm always alerted if something isn't quite right. Another great feature of the Felix Smart Aquarium controller is its compatibility with other smart home devices. I was able to integrate it with Apple HomeKit, which gives the ability to control my aquarium with voice commands. It's also compatible with Google Assistant and Alexa, making it easy to incorporate into my smart home ecosystem. Overall, I highly recommend the Felix Smart Aquarium controller to anyone who's serious about their aquarium hobby. It's an excellent investment that has truly taken my planted tank setup to the next level. Additionally, the customer service and support team is fantastic - despite the time difference, me being based in Australia and them in Canada - they are always prompt to reply and always eager to help. I love my Felix Smart! The app lets me control all the equipment easily on my phone and even has customizable failsafes to shut off equipment that malfunctions. The camera allows me to check on my fishy friends while i am away at work or with friends. I would recommend this system to anyone freshwater or saltwater! It has made my life a lot easier and took a lot of the guesswork and testing out of the equation. The stats are all right there on your phone!

Not finding a French equivalent, I decided to pass the course and buy KAI by Felix Smart to control my terrarium. I was so surprised by the quality of the equipment, the number of possible functionality and especially the customer service. We really deal with friends during our exchanges, it is an average structure that will become much larger. This controller should be present in all zoos, and for all those passionate about IT and the real well-being of animals. Everything can be automated and monitored remotely. Proud to have purchased a product from Felix Smart.

I love my Felix, I had a tank crash in the middle of the night. my Felix alerted me and I was able to save 60% of my livestock thanks to those alerts!

Hubby purchased system and upon installation we struggled with the Wi-Fi set up. Felix works only on 2.4, highly suggest separating your dual band internet naming them different from each other. We worked with their IT depart (Tom and Lucas) and these guys are the best!! They were available to chat with me until we got the unit up and working properly. This system is so much more affordable than the Neptune/apex system and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I use a Felix smart 2 to run my living room Paludarium and I must say it’s so nice to be able to have everything plug into one single device you can safely control from your phone, from anywhere around the world! You don’t need to be on the same wifi signal to adjust, turn off or on, or just check up on your inhabitants using your 360 camera. I also love that I can create really precise cycles or IFTT functions for my animals that would be so hard or impossible to do without the Felix. Honestly, a very worthy investment for anyone with an aquarium or terrarium!

Something to know with this company is that the group of people working behind the scenes are some of the hardest working folks I know. Amazing customer service! Responsive and helpful! I love my Felix Smart device. It's always trial and error when it comes to new aquarium monitoring equipment, but I have been very pleased with my Felix Smart. New updates are rolling out constantly for new features as well as cleaning up and finessing older features! My Felix powers my Red Sea Max Nano and let's me do so much while it undergoes maintenance, feeding, acclimating, etc.! The time and care that goes into this product is awesome, and I am so excited to see where this company goes in the future!

I have been using Felix Smart for over a year on my competition tank, it helped me in so many ways. From monitoring my ammonia levels to scheduling my co2, lights and aerator it made it all easier for me. And the tech support is always available to help with any issues. Great product and team behind it, highly recommended.

First saw it on a Reef forum and decided to give it a try. Seemed like Ann interesting and moire affordable concept for aquarium control and monitoring. After a few missteps in setup which were quickly ands easily assisted by Tom (0ne of the founders) it was up and running and does everything it is supposed to do. It has allowed me to automate many functions of my tanks and to monitor it as well. Recently had to rearrange some things on the tank and somehow lost the connection between the FELIX and my home WIFI. I reached out to FELIX and the support I got was INCREDIBLE. Over the course of several days and many hours of work they investigated and remotely worked on and resolved the issue. My unit is back up and running and working 100%. These guys are dedicated to providing a great product and they are there when you need them. I understand new and improved features are being added as well. If your looking for a way to help automate and monitor your Reef aquarium this is the place to start. I give FELIX 5 stars for functionality and I give the guys who run it KUDOS for being there when customers need help!! Great job looking forward to seeing the product evolve!

This product is amazing but the customer service is even better! Tom, a co-founder of Felix, is world class. He lives and breathes Felix Smart, which is evident in their daily advancements. It’s seems just about every day I am hearing about a new addition/release or what’s right around the corner and I love that! Felix is truly a product for its customers! I’ve had the Felix Smart controller for a couple months now and it has cut the maintenance requirements that come with my tanks by more than half. There is truly power in timely information and I can’t wait to see what comes next! I know GH readings are on the horizon and I couldn’t be more excited!! This product is worth every penny if you are a fish nut like myself!

I have a lot of aquariums with a lot of equipment - it's not ideal to unplug everything manually each time I need to do a water change. It's also prone to mistakes, especially if you're in a rush and you forget to plug things back in or forget to turn your timers back to clock mode. I had been considering finding a smart power bar for quite some time - but did not see any products that made me feel safe or that felt like it was made by real people. So when I first saw the FelixSmart and it was backed by known names in the hobby - on top of being super sleek and aesthetically pleasing, it went straight to the top of my list of wants. Fast forward a few months later... I got lucky and became a beta tester! As someone who has been using it for several months now, I can say that it has made my life immensely easier and has exceeded my expectations!

Felix Smart is a fantastic new aquarium controller. It makes it easy to monitor your aquarium from anywhere. I am very excited about the continued improvement of the product. It already does a lot of great things like turn things on and off based on conditions and make recommendations using their AI. And the service is really exceptional. You can call and talk to a person to get your specific questions answered! That is really increadible these days.

The Felix Smart controller changed my overall experience with fish keeping. I don't have to worry about making room on my extension cord for timers or making sure everything fits anymore. They really thought about the detail and even the way the sockets face just make sense to adapt for different plug sizes. You can even time each socket if needed. Having everything monitored really gives me peace of mind.. I could go on for days, but in the end it's a product and company that I will continue to support.
