What can I say. The burger was empty. The chicken peice was very minimal. Beans had a funny taste. Was expecting fries turned to be chips with skin on it. Would I come again. No. The good thing it was ready in 2 minutes.

Avoid avoid !!! My order was awful! The chicken was disgusting brown they clearly didn’t change the frying oil from long time and the chips looked like leftovers.I called to change my order and the girl was very rude I ask her name and she turned down the phone on my face!

Reaaaaaaallly slow service. We were asked twice what our order was. One worker was walking around as if she was cold or unwell. Took much longer than expected. Chicken was lukewarm warm and drinks had no ice. Not a great KFC drive thru experience.

I liked it :) might be I was very very hungry 😋 and couldn’t resist eating a huge meal. Very helpful staff and my food was so fresh, piping hot and delicious. Tower burger 🍔 ohh loved it :)

Chicken was cold, dry, and hard. It was obviously food left over from the day before. They regularly leave things out of your order. They give smaller portions or old chicken if your buying anything on offer. They lie about the KFC app not working. Bad customer service. They think everyone is to dumb to realise their tactics. I use to go regularly, but have now blacklisted them. The shop is quite empty, so others have probably realised aswell.

Absolutely unacceptable. You charged me twice now for a meal almost £40 worth each time and we come home just to find the order is incorrect and missing. After last time we thought to give it another try so Tonight after finishing work in Heathrow we went to the drive through, asked for the christmas special burger to be told we dont have now , really!!! No apology either. So ordered 3 ZINGER TOWER Trilogy bix meal with SUPERCHARGER Twister and reach home starving to find the burgers plain zinger , chicken strip piece smaller than pop corn,one side missing and the worst was I confirmed 3 times from the time of ordering that it was ZINGER TOWERS as this has happened before. Teach your staff how to take orders and process them correctly. Taking people's money and orders missing. Unbelievable!! Definitely WORST KFC restaurant I have ever been to.

Large and roomy with a car park, feels very American suburban. Staffed by lovely people from my experience, i used to machine to order and it was swift and got my order within 10 minutes. Only complain is that this (what i am holding) qualifies as 1 piece.... that's meant to cost £1.99 wow. But that's an issue for KFC and there chicken suppliers but i'm ashamed the store gave this to me as 1 piece. I ate at a hotel so i never got to complain to them. Otherwise it was a decent store, not as busy or as rudely staffed as usual.

The service provided by the ladies working there is exceptional. I got here just before they closed on Friday night 11/11/23 and was offered the best options to fulfill my initial order.
