I've
been
going
to
KING
for
close
to
6
months
and
I
absolutely
love
it.
I
never
thought
I’d
be
a
person
who
enjoys
working
out
early
in
the
morning
but
it
feels
like
second
nature
to
me
now.
I've
been
consistently
going
3
days
a
week,
M/W/F
and
I've
seen
significant
improvements
in
my
strength,
energy,
and
overall
well-being.
At
KING,
there
is
a
different
training
block
each
month
focused
on
developing
strength
and
at
the
end
of
each
quarter
is
KPI
testing
to
see
your
growth.
There
are
also
other
classes
on
Tuesdays,
Thursdays
and
Saturdays
focused
on
conditioning,
KB
techniques,
mobility
and
arm
farm
–
which
everyone
raves
about
but
I
have
yet
to
try
it!
In
these
last
6
months,
I’ve
seen
significant
growth
in
each
of
the
major
lifts.
With
that
said,
there
is
still
a
big
focus
on
form
and
mobility.
You
are
working
at
your
specific
level
and
building
yourself
from
where
you
are
so
the
classes
work
for
individuals
that
are
beginners
to
the
more
advanced.
Classes
are
a
collective
experience
–
you’re
working
individually
but
you’re
supporting
one
another
in
your
growth
and
success.
I’ve
gotten
to
know
so
many
amazing
individuals
at
KING.
Classes
are
taught
by
trainers
and
they
are
all
absolutely
amazing!
All
of
the
trainers
I’ve
had
the
opportunity
to
take
a
class
with
genuinely
care
and
are
invested
in
helping
each
member
in
their
journey.
Overall,
I
highly
recommend
giving
this
facility
a
try
–
it
will
be
worth
it!
