I went into the club on 2/8/23 to cancel my membership. I dealt with the manager Alex who told me to would ensure my account was cancelled. Except she never cancelled it. I got a text message from planet fitness saying there was an issue with my payment. So due to Alex not cancelling my account, I incurred more charges. She said she supposedly called and said she couldn’t cancel the account (which you can only cancel in the club). I have phone records proving she never called. When I asked for the corporate number, I was given the wrong one. If you’re going to go to the Cranston club, I’d make sure this isn’t your primary club so you can cancel elsewhere because the manager Alex is a liar and fraud.

Nice clean place to work out unless your a bodybuilder, in which case you will find PF under-equipped. Nice atmosphere and staff who are often busy with housekeeping. I also like the diverse patronage at this particular gym. .

This gym is amazing! Brand new club with awesome equipment, clean locker rooms, and a super friendly staff. Get the black card! Free guest privileges so you'll never have to work out alone again! They also have hydro massage beds AND salon quality tanning. Don't forget to book a free design with their fitness instructor Ralph, super knowledgeable trainer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just joined a short time ago and I love it. Isaiah signed me up and was very helpful and genuinely wanted to make me feel welcomed. Very clean with a great selection of machines and free weights. Much different than gyms I used to go to back 20 or so years. No egos or attitudes and you can't beat the price. Glad I joined

The staff is great! The regional manager at this location and the Warwick location is awesome. Always hands on with the clients and staff members. She isn't afraid to get things down either. You will see her helping her team clean the equipment which you dont see other managers do in other gyms. She is amazing!!!

I wanted to take a minute to say how much I appreciate Olivia, Isiah, and Jen! I workout in PF, Cranston in RI 4-5 times a week. Each and every time I come in I’m greeted with a smile and kindness. They make you feel welcome. They’re an awesome crew and an asset for PF. In addition to their friendliness they keep the gym top notch! Every area in the gym is spotless and clean from the locker room to the gym floor! Seeing their smiling faces is a good start to my day! Kim Tasca

The worst gym ever. Nasty and gross. Watch out!!!

I'm a visitor from out of town and a planet fitness black card member in my home state. While visiting I worked out at this location and it more than exceeded the planet fitness standards I am so accustomed to!! Jennifer was very helpful with questions concerning my membership as well as with my questions reguaring the area in which I was unfamiliar with as a visitor. I am grateful for the experience and will visit this gym again next time I am in town!

My 5 stars is for Alex!! She is just awesome! She not only recognizes me, and makes me feel comfortable and welcome, but this girl really even noticed my haircut. I know it may seem dumb but she's part of the reason I still get up and go to the gym! I get discouraged easily and also really insecure, and seeing her welcome me at the front desk always makes me feel better!!

No one adheres to gym rules or guidelines. If it wasn't for the price, I'd find another gym. I guess you get what you pay for...

This place is the best and the people who work there are wonderful,friendly they realy make it so enjoyable to be there.its so clean you can eat off the floors..they are always cleaning and doing something to keep the gym looking great.thks for the new equipment.the owner should be proud of the people that work there. I have been going to this planet fitness for 6 years. I am always impress by the maintenance of this facility. Olivia and Bianca have been a superb addition to the team. They maintain the facility well organized, clean and equipped with cleaning amenities. Other planet fitness facilities should take notice.

They have plenty of machines, and it's so clean! Even during the busier times of the day, Olivia and Dayton make the experience that much nicer on my way in and out

This is more of a question than a review. Is there any chance that you will go back to 24/7? The pandemic is over so why not go back to the original hours?

Always friendly, always very comfortable to workout here.

Clean, quiet comfortable workout. Showers only have cold water. (Water still cold, weeks later) Staff is friendly and helpful. Massage beds and chairs are really nice.

Not too bad of a work out environment but employees are treated with disrespect by I assume-managers.

Great place and always clean. Staff is friendly; they always greet me and say goodbye. One thing to note is that sometimes when a machine isn't working properly, it'll take them weeks to get it fixed. Other than that, it's a great place to work out, especially if you're a night owl.

The place was super clean and the staff was super cool! Small but it gets the job done!
