I can’t recommend Backyard State Storage highly enough. The units are spacious & easy to access, the facility is impeccably clean, well lit, and very secure. Wayne consistently goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. He is always available to help, and has been there at the drop of a hat to help me with move-in, then facilitated an upgrade with short notice when I needed more space. Truly, don’t bother looking elsewhere.

Absolutely top notch storage facility, well kept units and grounds, fenced in with security. Wayne is as professional, informative and responsive as a customer should expect when doing business with a company, but more than that he is a pretty friendly guy that goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I have been renting here seasonally for about 3 years and Wayne makes sure to accommodate me every summer. 5 stars isn't enough when you come across a company with this level of service.

This is the best storage unit facility I've ever used. Wayne helped get us set up, and it was super easy and fast even though I was across the country. It's conveniently located, so I'm constantly there now, and it's always clean and well-maintained. And I never thought I'd say this about a storage unit, but we have the best view 😅 I'm very glad we chose this place. It's very clean, has a friendly staff, open 24/7, spacious, and the price was right.

My son is a student at Allegheny College and we stored his things at Backyard Storage over the summer to avoid dragging it back and forth from home 9 hours away. Wayne, the owner, is very personable and responsive. The prices were reasonable and the storage clean and safe. I highly recommend! We will be back to do it again in May.

We have rented twice from Wayne. Exceptional customer service. Wayne worked with us to determine our storage needs. I love being able to speak to a real person. The facility is clean, secure and convenient. All of our belongings stayed dry. Would highly recommend!!!

The units are very clean. Wayne is amazing. Helped me from start to finish during rental process. He even came out to make sure everything was ok when I went to start putting stuff in it. Absolutely amazing. Great prices too!!! Highly recommend.

Was looking for a storage facility that was easy to get into and nicely kept! I reached out to Backyard State Storage and Wayne was there to help. He sent pictures and a lot of information about their business. Also information about the size of the units I was inquiring about. After talking with him I was able to secure the right size storage unit and complete my contract to start on the 1st of the month instead of paying for unused days seeing that I would not be moving in for about a week. I absolutely love this gated storage facility! I rented a unit that had a loft, so it was nearly double the original square footage. It's a simple text to enter/leave the secured facility! It's clean and well kept! The staff is professional and kind! I absolutely recommend this facility to anyone in need of a place to store their extra stuff!!
