I had the brisket sandwich and it certainly ranks up there as one of the best I've had. The cole slaw was perfectly sweet and had a great crunch. I will probably come back to get a giant tub for takeout eventually. Next time I'm here for dinner I'll get a different side instead of stew. The stew was delicious, but it was too much meat for me after already devouring my sandwich. Would love to see cornbread on the menu. I'm happy I live close enough to make a regular dining spot for me.

I was stuffed with satisfaction after trying the sampler! The ribs are so good I didn't add any sauce (they have a few to choose from) I let them melt in my mouth just the way they were! And the southern hospitality was definitely filling the atmosphere!

Some really good bbq. I got a sampler, and it was delicious. Sauces were a nice compliment to the bbq.

The best bbq and especially the sides I’ve had outside of Texas. This is excellent southern food. I really liked how they kept some of the history of the building. What a greatly executed restaurant.

From out of town and went thru Drive thru on Sept2. Ordered the chicken special of the day. When I got home to eat the dinner was surprised to see only a small chicken leg with no meat on it. The string beans were good but that was all there was in take out carton . Not really the dinner I was hoping and paid for!

My wife and I have eaten here many times and as always everything was delicious. The owners should be very proud of their business. Also, when we got here one lady was waiting on everyone. She did a tremendous job. Wondering where the other waitresses were? The youth today has a lot to learn.

My husband and I have been told great things about GBrand but we were very disappointed in the food. The brisket was the leanest brisket I’ve ever seen or eaten. It had zero fat and next to no flavor which was a huge disappointment to me because good brisket is one of my favorite things. The mac n cheese was mainly noodles with a tiny bit of cheese and no seasonings, and my husband said the baked beans tasted like they had just been heated up with ketchup. Unfortunately a very poor experience for both of us and we will not be returning. My husband also got the banana pudding and he said he’s not excited to try it just based on the poor taste of the other food. Everyone was really nice but that was the extent of the good experience.

I am so thankful that we had G Brand as the caterer for our wedding! From the second we walked in the restaurant for an impromptu catering tasting, I knew that the food and service would be outstanding at our wedding. Fred was great about working out a personalized menu and pricing to fit exactly what we wanted. Angie was so easy to work with during the tasting and all the way through to being present onsite for our wedding. She was the sweetest person, and everything that was served had her homemade personal touch of perfection. Her homemade peach cobbler and apple crumb cake desserts absolutely topped our Nothing Bundt Cake wedding cake. My husband and I made sure to take time to enjoy our meals, so we didn’t miss out, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about all of the options we had. I could not recommend G Brand anymore highly, the food and catering service was phenomenal!

It must b the hangout of the teenage girls. Lots of them sitting at counter. People come in and were ignored for over 10 minutes no service. Our bbq was so dry. Young lady told husband it stayed under heat lamp too long. Well put it somewhere else. But the stew there and tea was amazing! Best stew around. Was out of potatoe salad and cole slaw. Overall good but bbq needs sauce to make edible.

I had to drive 30 mins there and back and I did a call in order for 4 adults and when I got there to pick it up, first of all the cashier told me it was $82.06 so I gave her $102.06 and she looked lost and said is the extra for our tip and then when she handed me my bags I told her that can’t be all my food and please check to make sure and she said yes it’s all there. Well I knew it wasn’t because I ordered a large tea and she hadn’t given it to me yet and then I noticed my bags of chips were missing so I had to ask for those plus my tea. So once I get home and ready to feed my family I saw where the shrimp and the salads from my husbands and sons plates were missing so I called and the girl said I can take your name and what items your missing and you can get them next time. I told her that wasn’t doing me any good as far as feeding my family their dinner that night and that I had no choice but to come back 30 mins round trip to get it. Once I drive back to Crawford and ask to see the manager some young girl comes over and I tell her we need to talk in private because of the other customers being nearby so I tell her my story of the poor service I got and she says she’s checked with the kitchen and they said the salads were made and I told her well I didn’t get them and I sure wouldn’t have driven 30 more minutes if they were in my bag. Then she said we will get you your food and I asked her if she intended to compensate me for my time and gas to drive back up there and she said NO I CAN’T GIVE YOU FREE FOOD. My feelings is that she could’ve at least offered me a free tea or dessert since I had driven an hour total to get our dinner and paid $82 for it! They had young children running the place that couldn’t even count change and had very poor management skills. I had been going there at least 3 to 4 times a month up until then. I told the girl that night that I wouldn’t be back and I won’t be back! And I will tell all my friends about my bad experience!
