Lovely and snuggery shopping centre next to UWA. Lots of Asian food choices and grocery stores. Parking is okay, not many spaces but first 2 hours free.

great to see constant nice development happening. Could do with better warmer lighting for the main area at night and maybe a bit of a face lift for the flooring

I work at Weirs Butcher shop. Awesome place to work staff are friendly and helpful. Best fresh meats, freshly baked sausage rolls and chunky steak pies daily. Worth a try. Come on in.

Some really good shops but it’s quite expensive compared to other shopping “malls” . Parking is okay, if you don’t come during the rush hour.

This place really is a hidden gem - literally didn't know it was there and once you're inside the courtyard there's Varsity, the best kebabs I've had in a while, a mini Kongs supermarket, and a good friendly atmosphere.

I love this place and its relaxed atmosphere! Mostly students, office people and housewives. Lots of variety such as Chinese, Fish n chips, Middle Eastern for shawarma, falafel and other yummy food. There's also a tavern. There are clean rest rooms (I've only used the ladies) news agent, boutiques, IGA, dentists, bottle shop, health foods and pre- loved clothes shop which I cannot comment on but looks okay from the window! Kong's Chinese grocery store is very fully stocked with Asian sauces, fresh veggies and frozen foods too. Enjoy!

Unique shopping centre & I always seem to get a car park. Has all the essentials - IGA, pharmacy, bottle shop, cafes & a great recycling boutique Dress Circle Emporium. Also has a Rotary Swapmeet on Sunday mornings

I personally think its a head case of a place the fact their iga grocery store is on the 2nd floor poked in between a butcher and some other random Pokey shop is beside me. Other then that I would like to add that the Lebanese Takeout Shop on bottom floor makes divine gozlame and falafel... But yes I believe the place Broadway fair needs a bit of Looking into as far as functionality goes and style. I mean their is vintage which I adore don't get me wrong.. and then their is well let's just say hmmm vintage..

Lots of little shops and the Asian grocery store is very cluttered but handy to have. Enjoyed checking out the outlets.

We attended the Rotary Club of West Perth Swap Meet in the lower car park. Lots of great buys: books, games, puzzles, new and second hand clothing, shoes, crockery, cutlery, DVDs, CDs, vinyl records. 7am to noon every Sunday.

Well, I have been frequenting this place for all my needs over the last 3 years... good place to hangout as well. Loads of food options, IGA Grocery and GP available for everyone at the top floor... the only complaint I have is with their parking bays... they are too narrow.

Broadway Fair offer an exceptional mix of retail and food outlets ans seems to be frequented by a wide variety of shoppers. It is a rather small place, but has lots to offer for everybody.

Spent a lot of time here as a student, Varsity's a great spot, and the kebab shop is fantastic!

Eco unfriendly parking. Stick using unsanitary ticket machines that put out tickets. Time to get an app.

Best Kebabs in Perth at the Ararat Cafe

A great little shopping centre with a mini "food hall" in the basement with plenty of tables and a good variety of very cheap food stalls. Free parking for the first hour. Do not worry about the stairs - there are ramps. Unfortunately since my original post 9 years ago parking has not changed and it is the worst parking area in Perth. Very narrow bays and many more "Dalkeith tractors" using the centre. No where near enough disabled parking bays for the many older people using the centre who need wider bays just to be able to get in and out of their car. I have raised the problem with the centre manager but still no charge.
