The worst service ever. Rudest people.. in a service of making people feel comfortable, they didn’t .. They made my daughter feel scared .. She left shaking on how cold and mean this people where.. for a first timer getting braces she was nervous enough and for them making her feel like they had better things to do was awful.. warning do not go there unless you want to be mistreated.. I’m going on everything possible to alert of the horrible service .. She was there for braces , she had a wait of 2hrs even though she had a appt.. and made to feel like she was bothersome.. so no i don’t havd anything to say to anyone at that office anymore .. so your response is to late.. I never write reviews but how after i saw how upset she was , I had too.

Would be nice if they answered the phone, I’ve been calling for a few days and no one picks up. Worst part was, when I was there for my first check up , the rude lady at the desk was busy doing something with boxes and loudly said she wasn’t going to answer the phone and was nasty about it talking to her coworker. How do you expect to get good reviews or even clients if y’all have a rude front desk not answering phones !

Dr. Lin and his staff are the best!!! My son Samuel is 5 years old and loves coming to visit his "friend" Dr. Lin. Highly recommend this dental practice!!!

Worst place to go get work done . They tried to work on me while in pain with out properly numbing me . Left my nerve exposed and left me in pain . Do not recommend to anyone . Then wanted me to go back after a horrible and traumatizing experience. Also tried to work on Two teeth at the same time when protocol is to work on one root canal at a time . Lastly , appointment was at 9am and I did not even get called back till 9:45am . This place is highly unprofessional and do not care if your in pain . Like sorry but my problem thankfully I got an emergency appointment at loma Linda to fix the problem and fix what they made worse . Funny even the dental assistance was asking for a job hook up at loma Linda she even hates it there . 🙃 tells you the workplace balance is bad there .I also made a complaint with medical hopefully they don’t send any more patients here . Shady place and they just don’t care

Deep cleaning is gentle, experienced root canal Dentist you don’t need to have your work redone. I’ve been his patient for almost 5 yrs.

PLEASE DONT EVER GO HERE!!! I am I the process of filling a civil complaint on them now. They are withholding patient’s records which is illegal. Also , a family member went here received a root canal , they didn’t even finish it and he’s been in so much pain ever since!!! They don’t care about their patients and just want to bill your insurance and take advantage of medical patients! They also practice insufficient infection control procedures here! Really disgusting office!! Please go somewhere else! I have been in the dental field for over 10 years! And BRENDA IS THE WORST

Honestly if you need wisdom teeth removed and you are nervous this is not the place to go i had a horrible experience they made me an emergency appointment for wisdom teeth pain the dr poked and proded and made it seem like the pain i was experiencing wasnt real. We didnt go through with the extraction as i ended up having a panic attack that just seem to annoy the dr even further not a good experience. Front ladies were amazing and nice i will not be returning and perfer bright now dental
