Professionalism at its finest. I hate the dentist. I don’t go unless I’m in pain. And unfortunately I had no other option with a swollen face and a wisdom tooth rotting so I chose western because of the reasonable prices and payment options. But I was truly blown away at the professionalism and patience the team and doctor had. Everyone seemed to take pride in their job. I will be back and I will be referring my friends and family. This is where you get good care . It’s in the ghetto and there is no parking. But. The service here is outstanding. I truly appreciated the service I received here.

I had a very good Ortho experience here. Mike was always very helpful and respectful . The day I got my braces off both mike & Alyssa made my experience comfortable & were very informative.

Finished with my braces and loved the results thanks to my dentist and mike who was an amazing help with my braces journey. He was kind and gentle with my teeth.

It is the first time I have been treated here and it was a very good experience. All the staff are very friendly and very attentive, they make you feel at home and very comfortable. Thank you, see you next appointment. And yes, to have a beautiful smile you have to make sacrifices. 🫶♥️😁I had the appointment at 8:00 a.m. and the waiting time to enter was 15 minutes. And while they fixed what they needed for another 15 minutes... I left there at 10:35. Super waiting time 🫶

Wait times are great. Customer service is excellent. Shout-out to Sarah. She was very nice, playful and professional. I forgot to get the name of the dentist who worked on me but he was fast and efficient as well.

I walked into their office to ask a couple questions regarding a recent quote I got from another dentists office. Hilda was very helpful breaking everything down for me. Very polite and professional.

My mom is 98 years old and typically they give her good on time service, but today when I brought her here they told me no one was available and they were going to lunch so we need to wait for an additional hour. Their staff and Dentist are very very good, but because they are understaffed the service is slow. Not giving up hope, and will use them again for mom. But frustrated this visit.

Sarah the receptionist is very patient and there to get you treated and onto your next appointment. Very cheerful and constructive staff.

very bad place I went to the emergency room they gave me an appointment to wait more than an hour and in the end they couldn't even do the exam because the one who was there couldn't do it I don't know why they have her there if she doesn't know how to do things 😡
