Dr. Cooper is the best doctor that I have ever had in my lifetime. He's always timely, thorough and clear in his assessment and treatment. He's always pleasant and gives me plenty of time to ask my questions. As the doctor does, so does his assistant. He is always pleasant, courteous and he explains everything he's doing. Dr. Cooper's office is the perfect example of what all doctor's offices should be. When I leave that office, I always feel better and in control of my health than when I walk in. That's the way it should be.

I had my six month lab check. Then my follow-up appointment with my physician to review labs and to discuss any existing or new health concerns. Dr. Cherra Pumphrey is my Internal Medicine physician, and had been for three years. She is excellent in her knowledge of medicine, explains everything, offers the reason for recommendations, and also offers different options, her opinions and treatment plan and there is a dialogue, she listens and Never makes me feel she is in a rush to see her next patient..She combines up to date medical information while showing a genuine respect and care for her patients.. She is a rare breed in today’s i complex world of Healthcare. Lastly, in between appointments if I call and leave a voicemail with her nurse, I have Never waited more than 24 hours to get a response, and usually it is the same day. In light of how busy the practice is, and her nurse has two other physicians she is responsible for, I am amazed at her organization and very grateful for her call back and appreciate her kind manner.

The front desk staff are all very nice and helpful. Eric , the nurse is very professional and makes you feel cared for. Makes you laugh. Dr. Cooper is an awesome doctor . Listens to you and explains all test results . Very nice and professional.

Dr. Brooks and her staff are always friendly and efficient, taking time to answer questions and suggesting the next steps for a healthy future. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for an excellent primary care provider!

Doctor Cooper is great. He is always on time. You don't have to wait. He explains everything. Takes extra time if needed. He is great. Thank you. The only thing I don't like is needing to have your Lab paperwork in your hand when you go to to get your Lab work. That is what computers are for. My appointments are one year apart and it's easy to lose

Honestly the most enjoyable time I’ve ever spent at a doctors visit. Everything was so quick and professional and very thorough. My doctor and her assistant seemed to have my best interest and health as their number one priority. I was not rushed through or made to feel like I had just a few minutes to get in and out. My doctor was attentive to my needs and took the time to listen to what I had to share. Best doctor and best visit I have ever had. I actually look forward to my next visit in three months. My PCP, Dr. W. Campbell has always been thorough and attentive to my medical needs. His excellent bedside manner and kindness are very appreciated. You are not an anonymous patient with him.

I lost my PCP and was referred by my specialist to my new PCP. The staff was awesome and so was the physician. Everyone was nice and friendly ☺️ I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a primary care physician.
