I'm so glad this location opened! The chicken is delicious and almost always stays juicy by the time I get home. We tend to get one Box Combo each. The box combos are $11.39 and include 4 chicken tenders, fries, sauce, coleslaw, toast, and a drink/tea. It works out to be a few dollars less than if you were to order each item individually; so it is a good deal. I usually say no toast, sub extra fries. I wish they gave you the option to sub two things, because I would also sub the coleslaw for an extra sauce- I dig their sauce. It's great on the chicken as well as the fries. I get either the iced tea or an Arnold Palmer (tea and lemonade mix). The tea is fresh brewed in house! For sweet tea- they use cane sugar, not HFCS!!! Woot! The only issues I've had with this location: they sometimes they put ice in, when I mark No ice and they use sweet tea when I mark unsweetened. Otherwise, today is the first time they were late on making the order, (the promised time was 21:36 and I received my order at 21:56; but they had a crazy long line of to go cars when I left and they've been super fast every other time I've been here.

This is probably one of the worst Cane's that I've been to!! The food is always hit or miss, some days it's fresh and sometimes it's not. There's a bunch of teenagers working here so I doubt they really care about the quality of the food. Went there last night and all the lights were off outside as if they were closed. Even in the drive thru the lights were off and the drive thru menu signs weren't illuminated! It's like they want people to think they are closed so people don't come there. Corporate needs to look into this ASAP. I went at 8:30PM and it was dark there, they don't close until 12am. The owner of this location should be upset because they are losing money when they do this. Update: 09/01. I called the location and spoke to the manager Simone about the situation. She was very unapologetic about what happened and offered to replace my meals at no cost. I went there and the food was finally fresh!! Everything was hot all at the same time. Never be afraid to be honest in your reviews because it only helps places become better. Big thanks to Simone for the great customer service!!

This Raising Canes is TERRIBLE!!🤮🤢 Unfortunately the last 2 times I've went the food has this burnt grease taste and the lemonade is watered down. I even requested a refund the first time. Everytime I go the Garbage cans outside are overflowing. I've been patronizing Canes since 2012 Laurel MS..soo Disappointed at this location..Also check my Caniac Card I've been over 200 times. At this point close this location down--they are definitely giving Canes a Bad rep 😡🤬When I come to this area we will go to Chic Fil A/Portillos they have Much better food and service than this Raising Canes location!!

The chicken here is really great. I have sent my husband here a few times and they have never forgotten anything. I go today on my own and guess what, my coleslaw is missing. Where is my coleslaw? You also could have done a lot better with those french fries. I have about 10 fries.

It was my first time there. I love the set-up. Friendly and fast service. It took me 15-20 minutes to get home, and my food was still hot. Initially, I was going to pass on the sauce, but it was fantastic!

RC always has a line no matter the location. I’m in town for a few days and my daughter wanted RC so we’re headed over for lunch. The drive-through has its fair share of cars but the timing of getting through wasn’t bad at all. Both young ladies I encountered at the window were pleasant. The food was very fresh, hot and delicious. Thanks for providing great customer service today! BTW- I ordered a half tea half lemonade (just like that) and the young lady at the window stated “you have an Arnold Palmer, correct?” lol. I knew exactly what she was talking about as I know some states call it that. I didn’t want to be wrong and order it as a half and half (as I do at home in MD) so I ordered the way I did. Now that I know, next time I’ll order like a local and ask for an AP.

Ok so wait in the drive thru is longer than most fast food places but ppl need to breath and enjoy life cus clearly anxiety got everyone on 100 in the comments and drive thru line . I got beeped at cus they thought I was taking long ordering but it wasn’t me it was canes that was busy so that was rude for the car behind me to do but honestly everywhere post covid is short staffed the staff is so nice and kind here and food is great and fresh and yes it’s more expensive than McDonald’s what isn’t you get what you pay for and honestly my kid loves it. price wise is that equal to Chick-fil-A or portillos so for those complaining there’s a McD & lil ceasar down the block but this place is good glad to see another business in the area open that I can support locally so that I don’t have to drive to 115 to another location that pays their taxes to another town

I went there for the first time. The chicken tenders were plain, no taste at all. They don’t have barbecue sauce. Not impressed with the special sauce. It’s not for me. People were coming in. Wait the bread was good. Also, I was trying to ask the cashier questions she was looking at me like deer headlights.

Me and my family love canes. It is absolutely the best....but the last two times I have gone I have found a hair in my food. Someone apparently needs to be wearing a hair net. It's disgusting. Last time I caught it too late. This time I just came from a camping trip. I don't have the energy to deal with this.

This was my first ever time experiencing a Canes. I was duly impressed. The food was extremely hot and the fingers were very juicy. There's nothing on the planet worse than a dry piece of chicken breast. I opted for The Box meal because I wanted to taste the Cole slaw. Edible, but not at all my favorite. Don't have to ever order it again. A overall good experience. Persons at the window in the drive-thru were quite pleasant. I like that!!

Tried it for the 1st time, drive thru was jam packed, understandable seeing as they justed opened. Food was decent. What me and my wife really enjoyed was there sauce. Probably will try this place again.

They need to change the management. Very rude and no customer service. We were in line for more than half an hour for drive thru and whoever is taking the orders only taking the left lane and not taking orders on the right lane side. We were waiting and keep saying hello and nothing, we decided to just drive and pull to the window After seeing 3 cars who came before us pull up before us. I was explaining to the lady by the window what happen and the women(maybe the manager) loudly said we are not doing this go around to place the order. Like who the heck gonna spend another half an hour or more in line? Mind you the line was long and we were in line, sitting, and waiting already for more than half an hour trying to place the order. It is not our fault you open 2 lane for drive thru and can’t keep up. You should’ve open just one lane instead of 2 lane if you can’t take orders for both lanes. Who wanna go back in line when we were already in line for a long time. Rude and bad service. If I could give 0 starts I would! Regional manager should visit this location they need help and customer service training.

Newer place for this area! I am actually from Lafayette LA. It's the birthplace of Raising Canes! My best friend knows the family that started this restaurant chain. I have always been hooked on Canes! Give them a try, and you will come back over and over.

We came to the canes for the food but the service was horrible. We waited over 25 minutes for our food and when we finally asked about our food, they said they had been calling our name multiple times but we were right in front and did not hear anything. Then they said they were going to make our food fresh but that added another 10 minutes to our wait. Food was good once we finally got it but customer service is more important so I will not be coming back to this location.

Usually the chicken fingers are nice and fresh with a light golden look but today dark and old looking like the oil was not cleaned for a few days

Food was pretty good; however I ordered for curbside pickup. Waited for almost 30 minutes and no one came out. Had to go inside to get my order and my food was just sitting there getting cold. No one had bothered to bring it out

This is my second time trying Cane's. Food is just ok. The sauce is the best thing. Too expensive to just be ok.

My wife loves their food. I've gone twice in the last few weeks. The first time they forgot the sauce. The 2nd they were very busy. I asked if I could get some extra sauce since they forgot the 1st time. I was told that they charged extra. I said fine, I didn't want for my wife not to have any sauce if the forgot again. The employee looked annoyed like she was hoping I would just say forget it. She left to get the sauce and I saw her talking to another employee for a few moments. Finally came back a few minutes later and just gave me the sauce. I think she was hoping I would have just left while waiting. Probably too much trouble to ring me up.

This location is so much better than any of the nearby ones, food was super fresh and we were greeted very warmly walking in the door. If you're going to any raising cane's location and you decide to go through the drive through be mindful of how long chicken takes to fry and if it's a problem get out of your car and come inside to enjoy the great atmosphere and all over the place music. Staff was kind and helpful we will definitely be back

First time visiting RC. Chicken tenders good and moist. Dipping sauce added a unique flavor. Coleslaw, Fries, and toast average. Good value at 12.50 w/tax.
