Starbucks as a store is really great and they always do a good job with the coffees they make. I've never really had any issues with them as a cafe. Can't say I always agree with the decisions they make as a corporation but they do a good job making excellent coffee. The only downside is the cost as the prices continue to rise. So I don't often buy anything other than regular coffee there and have started to make more at home. But I can't fault their store and the job they do in general. One downside is that the parking lot is difficult to navigate at this particular location.

Without even telling you first they will substitute regular milk ( if their out) with whatever else they have like oat milk witch some people might not even like the taste. I guess making money is more important then being honest with your customers.Staying away from this location

I work in Shrewsbury & choose to come to this location because of the service. Every time I have came it has been great!! Love the employee's. Today I went and had amazing service. BUT when I took the first drink of my refresher, I choked on a piece of saran wrap/plastic feeling. I'm fine but it caught me off guard. First time I have ever had this experience.... don't want it to happen again. I have a picture of the piece I choked on. I put it on top of my cup.

They were really busy but still had amazing customer service. Also really cute cups!

The manager Anna with the neck brace is completely disrespectful. I was upset about a drink that was made and all I received was dirty looks and condensing whispers under her breath as she remade it. Want me to come back? Get an actual manager.

Great people, awful service. Ordered cream frap and got a coffee frap and no whip cream! Straws seem to always break but only from this store. Workers are very friendly but never get the order right.

The staff is very friendly, facilities are super clean and relaxing atmosphere. The drive thru and parking lot are dangerous. It's not their fault, just poor placement of parking spaces with a drive thru so close.

I feel bad leaving a negative review because this is a very friendly location. Unfortunately it is also the most unreliable store I have ever visited regularly. Definitely do not order ahead and pick up if you’re on any sort of strict timeline. Many times I would get there after the ready time in the app and they still hadn’t started on my order or claimed they never saw it. I gave it a shot for 6 months and I now drive out of my way to go to a different location.

Poor service. Walked in from a restaurant next door and with no other customers inside and staff scarcely acknowledged me. Left after 5 or more minutes without ever ordering.

Responsive and cheerful staff. I placed an order online at the wrong store, and they caught it and fixed it right away.

I just stopped by Starbucks 11/12/23 and was helped by Patrice! I had weight loss surgery and need to watch my carbs but also desperately needed caffeine!! Patrice was so patient with my obnoxious questions (that I now know I can just check the app for all the carb and calorie info!). Just above and beyond service and this lady appreciated it! Thank you Patrice!
