I love this store, however, they recently hired a woman who is very loud and touchy. I had to tell her not to touch me. I believe her name is Stephanie.

Manager Nick needs some customer service training. This store messed up and overcharged me and then acted put out that they needed to reimburse me. I was very nice and only wanted to get back the amount that was twice as much as I should have been charged. Friendly goes a long way and I only go here about once or twice a year. Will go somewhere else next time.

The service was really great, everyone was stocking but took time to answer questions. A free sample doesn't hurt either.

The people who work there give zero effs about their jobs. I asked a guy where something was, he responded with "If we have it, it would be somewhere down that aisle." They are uninformed and don't even try.

Went in looking for a specific bottle of wine because it was listed on the Friar Tuck web site. I asked the cashier if she could look up if they had it in stock, and she called for the manager. He shouted back to her from a few (empty) registers down asking what she was looking for. I said name of the wine and he just mumbled "never heard of it." He never walked over or attempted to help. I tried to call out to him that it was listed on their web site and the cashier just said "Yeah, the web site is never right." ...nice customer service.

First time in and highly impressed with the massive selection and prices. The clerk named Spencer was super helpful and very attentive. Excellent customer service.

The store always seems desolate. On the few occasions I have shopped there, I see maybe one other customer and one employee. They never have what I am looking for.

Good selection or beer and such but almost nothing in the way of brewing supplies- go else where if you are a brewer
