Pricilla is the name of the girl that attended me. Great name because she was very prissy. She was extremely rude! Usually I have a very pleasant experience at any Aldi, especially because of the cashiers. I always admire how fast, yet organized they are with scanning products. This time was totally different. I greeted her, and she did not respond, did not even look at me. She threw my items to the cart and had the worst face on her. I just stood there and watched as my items flew into the cart. Heavy cans on top of my bread, boxes just ALL tossed. I didn’t say anything, figured she was having a rough day. Now, my second time coming here, and I got her as a cashier again. Same thing happened? DO NOT SIGN UP FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF YOU HAVE NONE. Simple as that, and if you're having such a bad time, look for another job babe.

Aldi in crestwood usually is decent but it’s been 2 weeks since my last visit now they have all scan operators making the customers work for them instead of paying people or hiring more to work for them! We know you can afford to pay Aldi so don’t expect your clientele to work for you for free! Listen Aldi as a millennial I’m not working for you for free! A lot of stores who are doing this will be seeing a huge decline as Id rather pay the xtra charge to get my groceries shipped to me then working for large corporations as their customer unpaid! It’s not my job to find bar codes and scan them for ur store for FREE! Most stores have the option to have someone cash you out or self checkout when I went not one person was working the regrister expecting every customer to do the labor for FREE GTFO they want to cut cost clip employees and make customers do the work!

I was just there for my 62nd birthday and I invited invited my friends and family to celebrate it with me and they all enjoy and love this place. They said the food was excellent but the drinks was a little pricey but everything else the atmosphere the waitress everybody was amazing and they made my birthday very special and thank you chug-a-lug for allowing me to have my birthday party there.

Enjoyed my experience. The cashier was very helpful in my search for a specific turkey. The self checkout was easy to use.

Last night, they closed the door early. When a black man came asking what time they closed, he was advised they closed at 8pm and they were in the process of closing. His response was but it’s not 8PM. And it wasn’t, it was around 7:55PM. He asked for the managers name, but the cashier refused to provide the name. She had an attitude, and was very rude. She stated “I don’t have to tell you the managers name.” The man walked in and went to get what he intended to buy. She started screaming how she wasn’t going to charge him. Another woman working there walked by and told the cashier, “it’s not worth it, let it go.” I told the man to go in front of me since he only had a few items. While we waited in line, I pulled my phone to check the time. It was 8:00PM. Everything that happened was so unnecessary. If management is reading this review, go ahead and check the cameras. This type of behavior is not OK.

I love the Aldi in Crestwood. They have a big selection and great deals. I love the Aldi finds aisle. The Hungtington Home 3 wick candles are the best. They have great throw and are under $5. They also have great candle wax melts.

This Aldi store that is located in Crestwood only cal-sag Road I love it I love it I love it!! They deliver my food and I have no problems with them except for sometimes you get some personal shoppers it does not pay attention to their list... However Aldi's brush up on your personal shopper and you have five stars.

Haven’t been in an Aldis in a long time, I was amazed at all of the nice household items! Not only can I get great bargain for my buck on food, I can not decorate & organize my home ?inside & outside!) for ridiculously reasonable prices. The cashier Priscilla at the Crestwood location was professional and such a sweetheart! She was so appreciative of anything nice I said to her, it’s sad how majority of her customers are miserable. I appreciated her attitude and work ethic. Aldis is lucky to have her. I also love her name lol

This Aldi's is one of the best. You would think you're in Mariano's because of the decor. The selection is great. You'll find anything that you need here. The one in my neighborhood is nothing like this one. Hopefully that one gets redecorated.
