    The Doctor, that serve me. she came straight in just said we cannot do what you expect us to do. You need to find another dentist. I felt that that was kind of rude and that she should have explained why. They did offer to give me my X-ray only because my insurance paid for it.

    Use caution when seeking treatment here. Was charged for services that I was told I needed, but then told I did not need them. They won’t issue me a refund because of “services rendered” when in fact was told by the specialist that I did not need those services, so nothing was done. I was patient and very nice along this process waiting to hear back from the manager Chris (over a week). The manager did not get back to me when she said she would and I had to keep calling. I was told she was with a patient constantly when in fact I’m a patient as well. They’re quick to take your money and not issue a refund when necessary. I work in healthcare and I cannot imagine treating a patient like I was treated. Please be very careful when choosing them for your care and avoid having money stolen from you.

    I went to this Aspen location back in August 2018 for a dental emergency and received a root canal and crown. I had insurance which they processed the procedure through and I paid the balance they told me to pay at that time. I have not had a balance due with them since I was there. I went to a new dentist a year or so later and was told that the crown was not done properly by Aspen. We also found out through my wife's old employer that they were receiving EOB statements from the old dental insurance provider still, as of July 2021. She called the insurance company to find out why they were sending EOB statements when she no longer worked for that employer and didn't have that insurance anymore. They told her that Aspen Dental was submitting claims for this service done in August 2018, 3 YEARS LATER. They submitted the claim back in 2018 and are trying to re-bill that same claim to an insurance policy that is terminated. The insurance has responded NUMEROUS times with a denial (they deny anything over 1 year old) due to age, as well as this having already been billed, yet Aspen keeps trying to double bill the insurance. This isn't the first time they have done this to us. DO NOT GO TO ANY ASPEN DENTAL LOCATION, ESPECIALLY CRESTWOOD! When my wife had this issue, they asked for her new insurance card under a different provider 2 years after her procedure and she fought with them for months before they said they would clear out the balance on their end.

    The staff there is very friendly and kind, as well as professional. The hygien person that cleaned my teeth explained every step of the process. She was very gentle and eased my fear of the dentist. The actual dental is just as good and kind and knowledgeable, although I think she is super duper busy. I had a ton of work done and now I'm back on track after a very long absence because my regular dentist retired. Very happy with this staff.

    I been going this this dental place past 4 years and I love it. This people are truly amazing. My personal experience some other dental services takes month to book an appointment. When I heard about aspen dental they had me booked with in one week. The staff members are so polite and wonderful. If you care about your teeth this is the place. I don’t really write reviews but This wonderful staff members at aspen dental in crest wood deserves a great feedback from their customers. Shout out to the crest wood aspen dental office!! Y’all are amazing!!

    My visit was pleasant! The oral surgeon explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions and concerns! Eased my nerves! Everyone in the office was really nice and super friendly. Will be having my implant done with Aspen and will recommend to others! THANK YOU CRESTWOOD!

    Had a great visit today at Aspen dental Dr Maya was great as always she fixed my feeling that another dentist didn't do a good job but she redid it and I am truly grateful. Her assistant Jenifer was also good.Great job👍 Thanks to Nicole for starting off the whole process she is also great👍 Well my visit today at Aspen dental was another great one thanks to Dr Maya and her assistant Kaela and Nicole for another awesome job keep up the good work guys 👍

    We waited two hours to be told the doctor left early. We were called at 9am to come 1.5 hours early for our appointment. The front desk girl is so overloaded she hates life. Then my ex insurance is being charged a consultation fee with no doctor seeing us. How about cancelling the appointment and not waste people’s time. My ex is fighting the insurance charge which he has every right. The consultation lady tried to make it right with her kindness but it left a bad impression and we are going to another faculty that organized and more accommodating.

    As long as you fill the paperwork out online before you go in, the process will be quick and fast. In my past experience, the paperwork seems to slow you down, but that is the same with all appointments. From x-rays to the dental work, the employees know what they’re doing! No time wasted!!

    I spent 2 hours filing out computer patient forms, and left with no dental care done. The dentist would not accept my recent full X-Rays. I was told Pano X-ray that cost $159 is the only one the dentist use. Prior to that a tech told me it cost $19. Good thing I said no to her. I woukd have been billed $159.

    Worse place ever the staff are so rude! I called in to see if I could come for a walk in they said yes.when I got there they said we can’t take you in we’re closing mind you it was 1pm. I had an appointment scheduled with them 5 days ago they called me to reschedule the same day of my appointment don’t recommend this place 👎 You should get better staff that knows how to communicate.

    I regularly visit the Homewood location and recently had oral surgery at the Crestwood location with Dr. Lawrence. I really like Aspen both Homewood and Crestwood are great people that do great work. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I ALWAYS have a billing issue. At both locations even when I pre-pay there’s always an issue. Before I scheduled my first appointment I read in the reviews they do great work but look out for billing and sure enough that was the case. The billing issue is always fixed but nevertheless it’s very annoying. I would still recommend Aspen just watch out for billing and know what your insurance covers. What I found works best is letting them bill the insurance first then paying any remaining balance. Most times after it went through my insurance I didn’t owe anything. Dr Lawrence and OJ were amazing in Crestwood. I don’t know the names of the Homewood ladies but they are great also!

    As you can see I have been here before lol. I had an appointment yesterday, and also 3 months and a week ago, in I love coming here even while I have insurance for my teeth. I don’t trust any other dentist doctors because of the staff at Aspen dental. Their whole staff and even their management shows a very high quality of benevolence to their patients. My first time coming to their facility was on October 29, 2020. In I would recommend them to anyone honestly because they actually do their job to help their patients not just to receive a check from their patients.

    They are very good. After exams they talk to you if your not quite ready yet they understand completely and even show you how much. Wonderful crew there. I w use Care Credit. And decide coming very soon. A. Great. Place. Good. Work

    Everyone was so nice i was so scared because i never had a tooth pulled before they made me so comfortable and the dentist who pulled my tooth. I felt no pain. 5 stars hands down.....

    I went to Aspen Dental out of convenience (they are all over the country) to get Invisalign. The Aspen dental in Crestwood has screwed up two of my appointments so far telling me it’s on a different day than specified on the card they gave me, charged me incorrectly saying my insurance didn’t cover something it did (lack of communication). On top of their scheduling issues each time I try to reschedule they are somehow booked all week when each appointment take less than 5 minutes to hand me my new trays. Over the phone they say the doctor has to look over progress (they never look at anything). This place doesn’t even seem like a legitimate dentist and the staff, although very nice, are highly disorganized. Save yourself some time and find a family (non-chain) dentist this was a huge mistake on my part.

    Wonderful experience! I was able to get a same day appointment and the staff at the Crestwood location took such great care of me and I haven’t been serviced yet. I feel very comfortable with them taking care of the work I need done.

    I went to Aspen Dental in Crestwood and have had such a wonderful experience. They treated me as family they know my name when I walk in the door and did everything they could to make sure I comfortable and tend to all my dental needs which was cleanings, extractions and dentures because I had such bad teeth. I recommend them and I am not a person that does many reviews but when I saw my smile for the first time i had tears of joy and haven’t stop smiling since.

    Excellent care! The dentist Dr Maja and the dental assistants were kind, professional and ensured a great experience. 15 out of 10. The receptionist was attentive and kind and the other person at the desk Angela, was amazing with explaining my plan and procedure.
