So I ordered a double burger from this place. I asked for no onions. I ordered this from Doordash but it still came from this place. Here's my issue.. This is 2 picture side by side. I scrapped the onions off and you can clearly see the mound of onions on the plate when I said no onions. I feel that the person that did the order put extra extra onions just to be rude.. To me this is uncalled for.. Plus not only that I ask for no onions on a triple cheese burger. Same thing. No onions. I also asked for no pickles and I got pickles and onions on that as well. So the employee either didn't listen or decided to be rude and just added the items I asked not too. Not too happy with this. Here's a picture.

Horrible service. They always mess up your order every time. The food is barely fresh

We ordered sandwiches and a large fries, but we got medium fries in a large container. Didn't realized til got home.Tried calling but no answer. Hopefully it's a one time incident otherwise we'll get our fries elsewhere. $3.59 is expensive enough then you only get half the order.

Did curb side pick up. I selected my parking spot and sat there for 20 mins. Had to go in and get my order. Thet cla8med I did not check in when I got there but my phone said sit tight order will be out in 2-6 mins. Then they didn't give me straws for my drinks. Food was barely warm from sitting at the counter. Staff felt it was my fault. Not good customer service!

I ordered one burger and a small fry and they pulled me for almost 20 mins. Every time I go to this place the wait is unbelievable even if they aren't packed.

The place is very welcoming. Very clean. Great customer service. Didn't wait for our food that long but for some reason the smell when entering was very unpleasant 🤔yet I don't understand why if it looked very clean when entering 🤷

It's a small cozy McDonald's that is kinda out in the middle of no where. But they had real calming music playing and it was a good place to go call and text some people, and also read a book. (if your into that type of thing 😂)

They forgot to put my 🍟 in the bag. They forgot to put the food I separate bags. ....No place to sit while waiting for your order to far away from register.

The employees are very friendly, they quickly correct any order mistakes, and the inside has been clean each time I have visited. The restroom facilities have also been very clean and well stocked.

Every time at least twice a week i Ask for extra onion get literally one onion and am told they have a new shaker for onions meaning they can't shake a shaker more then a half a shake the night manager has a attitude every time totally unprofessional

They ALWAYS get my order wrong. they must only hire people who dont read and dont know how to follow directions. Really horrible

Tonight 1/3/22 ordered quarter pound meal and 6 piece nugget. Received McDouble and cheeseburger. Really guys. Over paid for this. Do better…..

I'm sitting in the DT with a mobile order already gave them my code, CC said I've been charged. I sat in that line for 40 minutes from speaker to food pickup window. When I get there they try telling me that I already got my food 35 minutes ago. I politely disagree with her and she goes to talk to the manager. Now the manager comes over and tries to tell me the same thing. Again I try my best to politely disagree with her and tell her I've been sitting in her DT line for 40 minutes since my CC has already been charged and I have not received my food yet. She just turns around and walks away, I didn't move. Then a minute later the first lady comes back to the window and hands my a bag, which is my food. The fries were nasty, my dog wouldn't even eat them and of course I didn't get my sauces.

They move the line at night like no other, the food is fresh, and the customer service is good. My go-to spot after hours.

Both my ma and I visited this place 2 days apart. They left out items in both our orders. The food that we did receive was cold and when we tried to call them to let them know they picked up and hung up. My ma went back a third time just to inform them of all the errors with her order and mine and we got a full HOT meal for the night. They made it right, but we don't live close to there. That was a BIG inconvenience for both of us.

Food came hot for a nice change but my coffee was ICE COLD probably sat for hours in the pot which was off!!! I called to complain and manager said it's the delivery guts fault. Really? The coffee was inside the same bag as my hot big Mac and hot fries scumbags at McDonald's sent my OLD NASTY COFFEE COLD

I usually come to this McDonald's all the time in order me two McMuffins well done. I asked twice this morning for my food well done! They took the sandwiches back and you can tell that they put the sausage back on the grill for a little bit but the McMuffin was very gummy. That was this morning at 4:30 a.m.

Hire resposible people If they can't do the job,let them go!! Walking g around playing on the phone. Not Good!! Bring back the dollar menu!
