Dr. Parks and his staff are absolutely incredibly!! We had gone to 2 other pediatric dentists prior to coming here. One place did not even take X-rays and another wanted to give our two year old a root canal! Neither places made our daughter feel very comfortable either. They got us in extremely quick because of the situation and we came here for a 3rd opinion. and she immediately loved this dentist office!! The environment was calming and fun. Dr. Parks sang to her and she cooperated like we've never seen before. She even does better when we brush her teeth because of how much fun she had at the dentist. She ended up having to get some fillings and even that went smooth! I was very surprised. His staff all sang and got her to sit still without a single fight! I’m so happy we got a third opinion. And it all happened without traumatizing her. He literally saved our daughters tooth from getting the crown. His expertise exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be more grateful!!! I recommend this to ALL my mama friends and siblings. We’ve been to both of their locations too and each place is equally as amazing!

We unfortunately did not have the best experience at this office this morning. So after being patients for a couple of years, We will probably be leaving. I have four kids and have spent a lot of time in Dr. and dentist offices, and I know what good service looks like, and this was not it. Although they had five people working the front desk, one of the employees was speaking to Me like I was a child Myself even though I am 41 years old, and have a college degree! She was upset I couldn’t get her new pens to work that had some type coating that needed to be removed?? How would I know that? The entire visit was rushed. They put flouride on two of Our kids teeth, and smeared it all over Our daughter’s mouth so bad she had to wipe it off in the bathroom. One of the hygienists was rude and made Our 11 year-old who is very polite and can pretty much talk to anyone, feel uncomfortable. In the interest of integrity I am not going to repeat what the dentist said regarding radiation exposure from x-rays in children, but he was incorrect. I am married to a scientist and it was not explained correctly by any means, and in fact the scientific explanation was fabricated. This place was great at the old location. But just like all places that expand too fast at the expense of customer service, I think their quality of care has drastically gone down. Bottom line, I don’t trust them with My kids. :(

I take both my 6 year old and 3 year old here. Been going for a few years now. Everyone we've had are amazing! Really truly great with children. Dr. Varble did a filling for my 6 year old and I was so nervous for his first full on filling. I have genetically bad teeth and have had so bad many times at the dentist in the past that I truly hate to go. I was nervous about the shot and his gag reflex and all that and they were so awesome he didn't know he had a shot. He did so well because THEY do so well. I wish they took adults. Lol cuz just sign me up.

Best experience ever. Kiersten and Emma were incredible. Huge hats off to both of them for being professional and incredible with my kids. My 5 year old is the easiest going human on earth but my almost 3 year old is another story. Emma went above and beyond to make his experience a good one. And the Dr. Wong! Showed up being the toddler whisperer singing the ABC’s to my kid for our teeth brushing with his magic head light. What a relief to find an outstanding dentist office for my kids.

The dental hygienist we saw was absolutely fantastic and I'll ask for her every time. She was patient and did everything she could to make us feel calm and comfortable. The Dentist was a little rushed when she saw us and when going over our next step, but otherwise very thorough and encouraging to her patient. My 11 yr old was so comfortable, I think he would have allowed them to yank the tooth that was bothering him right then! Plus the reward nook for patients was A++

Dr. Dill, Katherine and Courtney worked very well with my daughter. Will recommend for kids who may have some anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Dill is a Friendly and empathetic Dentist. His approach was perfect. Very professional and courteous staff. Dr. Dill able to delegate tasks to his team when needed. Thank you!

Both my boys, age 3 and 8, had their first appointment here, my 3 year old was having his very first dental experience and also my 3 year old has autism (he is on the spectrum). I cannot be more thrilled at how things went. Both boys felt comfortable, and the cleaning went flawless. I am SO happy that this practice is available for children only, especially with me having a special needs child. They will be excited to go to the dentist from here on out. There is honestly no room for disappointment here. :-)

We love this practice and have been coming here since my oldest child (now nearly 21 years old) was only 3 and my youngest (now 16 yrs) hadn't even been born yet. They are caring, friendly, patient, allow parents to sit with children who need the extra support, and have always made my children feel comfortable with any procedure they needed to have done. I found them initially after a terrible experience we had with my oldest child at another area practice and the difference was night and day. Our original dentist (Dr Levitt) has long since retired but my kids love Dr Dill who they have now been seeing for several years. Sad that we are almost aged out of this office but we appreciate that they're letting the big kids get through the college years before we officially move on. Can't say enough good about our years here with 3 kids through all stages and ages of life.
