The pizzas was burnt, over cook and cold ! I spent $50 for this mess. I will never go to this site again, they're horrible. I just called to complain and they requested I come back to the restaurant so they can see the burnt pizza, I told them I can take a picture since I was across town, or I can bring it back in tomorrow. The district manger said he needs to see it in person, so I'll let the comment page see the pizza ! Don't visit this site, or go during another shift other than night shift..... I honestly believe they gave me a canceled order. The order was ready within 10 minutes, again they're horrible.

My husband is an Imos fan from way back. Me? Not so much but I tolerate it for him. Today, two thumbs down from both of us. Price has gone way up on the lunch special just like anywhere else but this is ridiculous. $12 for a 8 inch pizza, salad, small drink. Bacon none existent, buried in the cheese and the pizza tasted rubbery like it had been warmed over, not freshly made. Salad was still good but the dressing was even a little off. It's really sad because this used to be the best Imos location around.

I Love Imos pizza 🍕. I went for lunch 🍴 and man oh man it was yummy 😋. The staff was very nice and the customer service was very professional and fast. They greeted me and talked to me after I placed my order. I got a 10inch pizza 🍕 with a soda 🥤. The food was nice a and hot and I enjoyed it. I have always loved Imos pizza 🍕 ever since I was 5 years old The bathroom I will say could of been cleaner and when you run a fast food restaurant, I personally think it needs to be clean every two hours . It wasn’t super dirty but it could been cleaner 🚽. The parking lot is small so Parking maybe will be a problem. But if you get there early then you will get a spot. The inside os nice. They have a candy machine for the kids and a fridge with soda 🥤 for sale. The Restaurant is located in a mini shopping center. I would recommend this place to eat for anyone. Our food was delicious and the birthday boy loved his cheese spaghetti. They also have a lot of tables for dining inn.

IMO's was definitely on my list of places to try in St. Louis. I had two orders in a week. The first time I ordered a medium hamburger pizza, and the second time I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza & toasted ravioli. The service was good, the cheese and meat worked well together, and the thin crust had taste and substance. The pepperoni pizza and toasted ravioli were not as good in my opinion. The pepperoni had no flavor, and the sauce lacked the taste of the hamburger pizza, as did the toasted ravioli. Overall, I give four stars, despite the fact that my subsequent order of pepperoni pizza and toasted ravioli was not as wonderful as the previous pizza. I understand that certain jobs are not as efficient as others, but the overall service & environment was efficient.

The Manager JOHN was very RUDE this place is getting more pathetic by the day 2 hour deliveries and burnt pizza !! Believe me I tried to order from your competitors they was all closed !! I wanted Cecil whistlers where my food is always fresh ! I would never order from this Imo’s again in life !! Poor service and quality. I’ll be contact the health department and BBB this place needs to close down ! Horrible and rude

To the gentleman who took our order very close to closing, thank you! My sibling and I had to rush from our respective cities to the local hospital after our parent had an incident. We were tired and hungry. The gentleman was empathetic and accommodating. The pizza was great as always, but this review is hinged more on service than anything else. I should've asked his name, but we hope he knows who he is from that tiring Saturday night.

Ordered 50 toasted raviolis for myself (only GOD can judge me). Asked for enough sauce to drown the delicious morsels in, and they did not disappoint. Additional sauce costs extra (as you'd imagine), but they actually hold up their end of the bargain. So, whoever was working there on September 23rd at around 10pm, you da real MVP. Respect.

We always stop at an Imo's when we visit the St. Louis area. We stopped in at this location before the dinner rush around 4:30. The restaurant was clean and well kept. A young lady took our order and assisted with some recommendations.m off the menu for our family of 4. Shortly after ordering the manager came out and introduced himself. He said he personally just made our pizza and it would be out soon, hoped we would enjoy it, and to let him know if we needed anything. He followed up after we started eating. Food was great and it came out fast. Service was excellent. Manager thanked us for stopping at his location and told us to stop back in next time we are in town. We will definitely be back to this Imo's!!

I ordered a pizza, for pick, via the Imos app. The pizza was made in about 10 minutes, and ready to go when I arrived. The pizza was as ordered, and hot. I recommend this location.

Ingredients are always fresh, with the exception of the provel cheese it gives the pizza an unpleasanttaste, I ordered my pizza with mozzarella cheese.

Ordered my Food at 1 it’s still not here . I live 5 minuets away from this restaurant. They are always poor on service my food is going to arrive cold and I bet they won’t do anything about it . They have 10 more minuets or I’m canceling my order

I went in to place an order and it was 2-3 guys standing there and the place reeked of alcohol and the guy that attempted to take my order was sweating . It was a terrible smell and I left and drive to Dewey’s Pizza

I’ve never had Saint Louis style pizza and I certainly won’t be having it ever again. It was worse than any frozen pizza I’ve ever had. Not just the pizza either, tried their lasagna and it was just as bad. Cost $50 when I could have got better frozen food for less than $10. I think this is the first pizza I’ve had that was actually gross. Most ‘bad’ pizza is still okay and edible but this went in the trash after the first couple of bites

This is a good imos. Doesn't skimp on cheese and the Italian sausage was very flavorful.

Just ordered a pizza and when it arrived my husband and I were disappointed with the burnt edges making our pizza rock hard on the edges and soggy in center. He called and was treated poorly saying bring the pizza in and manager doesn't believe bc she cut it herself...we just payed and were also charged a delivery fee. Poor customer service and the absolute worst imos pizza ive ever had. Will never order from this location again.

We take all of our family when they come in town to Imo's to experience St. Louis style thin crust pizza and toasted ravioli. This store does a great job, especially for dine in.
