Half of our order was missing and when we contacted the shop i was verbally abused by a member of staff over the phone told it wasn't "his problem" and had the phone slammed down on me. Refused a refund and refused to resend the missing items. Disgusting customer service. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend.

Wish I could give this 0 stars but oh well, ordered three cookie doughs and a milkshake and uber driver turns up with a chocolate cake and a milkshake! never been so disappointed. I also tried calling the place up and they didn't even answer only recommend if you want to get ripped off.

Shocking service ordered a go bananas waffle which was supposed to come with toffee sauce and banana ice cream instead I got maple sauce and vanilla ice cream phoned up unhappy to pretty much be told I am wrong won't be ordering again.

Absolutely shocking! Would give it no stars or minus if it was possible!... Price to portion ratio is an absolute joke..... £6 for a mixed cookie dough that’s a few mm deep and in a tiny container that comes with a tiny bit of ice cream?! What a JOKE!! Do not recommend at all. Save your money!!!! Didn’t even taste nice either. And when phoned up to put a complaint their attitude on the phone was appalling... Didn’t offer money back or anything after me and my girlfriend wasting our money....

waffles here are decent but i feel like the portions are a joke, paid nearly £6 for chocolate cookie dough and it came In a really tiny container. that's a scam in my opinion so i wouldn't recommend ordering from here. My total order was £18 and i felt robbed because the portions are so small espeially for the money that you pay

This place definitely deserves 5 stars!It reminds me so much of the dessert shops I was used to when I lived in Manchester. The Oreo shake its something you MUST try as it's absolutely amazing!!!when I first tasted it I was like Omg!!! It's so worth the price! The staff are lovely as well. I'm not a big fan of sweet stuff but they have some next level stuff in there. Few days after we went to McDonald's for a shake and we were like what is this?! Once you try the shakes from this place you'll always compare it to tje other places and you'll be like noooo I need to go back to Dessert Master! 😍 So tasty. Well recommended!

How is this place open, I purchased a waffle for my 3yr old boy on Monday. He started eating the waffle enjoying it then suddenly started to choke.. I panicked and put my fingers down his throat to make him sick it up. To my amazement there was small black bits on the waffle like bits of metal. The teflon from the waffle machine had come off and was all over the waffle. I asked the lady working and she showed me the machine they are fit for the bin she said and the boss wont get them fixed. They could of killed my son Ithis place needs to be closed down go check out how they make your food before you buy. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Well worth the wait, never had a bad experience here, staff are always super helpful and friendly. If you haven't tried it then you're seriously losing out on some first class milkshakes!!
