A lovely Cafe & Bistro on the corner of Parsonage Lane & Chase side. They are very welcoming & the place is decorated nicely with plenty of seating area. The food looks lovely - you can have anything from breakfast to lunch, pasta, burgers, veggie option, children’s meal, sandwiches & omelettes, they serve tea & coffee & soft drinks & loads of cakes. Child friendly, space for buggies, changing area in ladies, kids menu. Wheelchair friendly. Been twice & will go again. X

I love the Green Rooms. Really great coffee (I don’t drink dairy and am quite fussy about my coffee but love their coconut lattes), delicious smoothies and good sized portions with the food. The staff are super friendly and have always been so kind to us when we visit. Recently we’ve come a few times with my 2 year old and family or friends and they always make a real fuss of us. I’d highly recommend.

Disappointing. I have been a regular customer up until now. Prices have increased which is understandable with inflation increasing, but the quality of the food, mainly breakfast, has deteriorated. Breakfasts used to be served with thick sourdough bread, thick bacon, a large mushroom and include a tea or coffee. However, this week when I visited with my son, the bacon is now the thinnest available, cheap sliced bread, one tiny mushroom and a tiny pot of beans. When I went to the counter to pay, the male (I presume owner), added a service charge automatically, making the cost of two breakfasts and two coffees almost £33! The female members of staff have never added service automatically. Other cafes in the area would serve a similar breakfast, with drink included, for less than £10 each. With the drop in quality here, and much higher prices, I will be taking my business elsewhere in future, as the quality I used to be happy to pay more for is no longer there. Perhaps the change in management would explain the drop in standards.

Really good. We stopped here for breakfast, the food was really good and tasty, the coffees/orange juice came at the same time as the food, the food did come quiet quick, but a little wait for drinks. But don't let that put you off. It is worth a visit. The orange juice was really good. The decor was nice and the place was very clean. The staff were very friendly.

Popped in The green room for a coffee and a scone on 5.5.23 and so glad we did! The staff were so friendly and very welcoming, the coffee was great - would have loved some cream with the scone but the atmosphere was lovely and a ‘family feel’ that it didn’t seem to matter! Would recommend and definitely plan to pop in there again!!

We stumbled on this lovely cafe today whilst in the area and wow! What a lovely place. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. We couldn’t decide between two dishes and on their recommendation ordered the French toast and oh my goodness - amazing! Fresh, delicious and generous portions. The presentation of the food was insta worthy! We loved it and will definitely be back here 😊 x

This is my Saturday ritual with my daughter. We pretty much always order the same, so much so that the staff know our drinks order and confirm our choices before we need to order. Always incredibly welcoming, food is really good and service really can't be faulted.

Had breakfast here with a friend on a Saturday morning before Christmas. It was excellent. Perfectly cooked full English breakfast (with mushroom and tomato delete at my request :-) ), freshly squeezed apple juice and a cappuccino. Excellent food. Good friendly service. Clean and welcoming interior. Thoroughly recommend.

For a place that explicitly mentions vegan on it's sign, the vegan breakfast is pretty poor. Too much spinach, wet unseasoned mushroom, dry falafel (not a breakfast item), and soggy flaccid toast; all lead to a fairly unsatisfying breakfast. Adding insult to injury they also charge 70p for plant milk which is half the price of a carton. The full English was also reportedly not great (the sausage described as tasting like a mummy's todger) but apparently the American breakfast was alright.
