I recently took my puppies to Jolleyes for their vaccinations and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Nice staff in store. Online gave me the wrong order. Online site will not publish any review unless it’s glowing. (I made a review about k9 optimum mini changing size and my dog not liking it anymore - Luckily still eating it with encouragement) Knocked my trust in them now I know they don’t publish all reviews. My dogs poos are now chalky looking. I wonder what else changed in the formula…

Been a while since we last visited, must say it is not 1/2 as good as it used to be. Gone from being one of the best for your pets needs to being very below average.

First impression as you drive in - plenty of parking, which is always a big plus. The store is styled as a cold draughty warehouse with bare concrete floors, so not a particularly luxurious shopping experience. It is extremely well stocked, with a wide range of products, though there seems to be a bias towards our canine friends. My only real criticism, hence dropping a star, is that the prices don't really reflect a warehouse set up selling in wholesale quantities. Most of the cat and dog food can be found for the same price or less in Sainsbury's/Tesco and some of the pre-packed wild bird food has almost doubled in two years, which is slightly out of kilter with 10% inflation. Despite the negative points, I'll be back. It's worth a visit, even if only for the small live animal/bird section.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. I went with a friend to have her puppies vaccinated and chipped. The pet clinic staff were really friendly and took great care of the puppies. They welcome dogs instore and offer samples for them to try and water for them to drink. They have a wide selection of food and accessories for all kinds of pets. They also offer pet grooming services.

A new customer of Jollyes and we will definitely be back. Great service, reasonable prices and a good variety of stocks including plenty of JR which we love for our little dog!

Love the place, sadly, there is a manager working there who is Miss Defensive. After buying a lot of heavy items from the store, I wasn’t offered a bag to put it all in, neither was I offered any help carrying to my car. I was left at the cash desk wondering. I offered the chap a little joined up thinking in the future. Manager (Adele) got involved and started giving it all the attitude and told me to leave the store!! Whatever happened to customer service! You can’t say anything to anyone without someone making something out of nothing!!! Ordering online in future.

Lots to choose from! Loads of parking! Great helpful happy knowledgeable staff! Staff fitted my German Shepherd with her new Julius K9 harness. Love the pots of food you can try your puppy with before you buy!!

I'm so glad jollys is still here after so long. And staying open until 7 is great for me. Everything I could ever want in one place at reasonable prices. The staff are brilliant, really helpful, and keeping shelves stocked up. I have a very fussy dog, she'll be hard to please without jollys, and the birds know the party is at my place.

Large shop just a shame it seems to have gone downhill. There is a lack of stock on the shelves. No equestrian products anymore, which was what set this pet shop apart from the competitors. No fish/aquatics. Staff were not as helpful either.

Good place cost me a fortune buying for 2 granddoggys who both have their birthday in December plus Xmas .but I love them both so it's the only place to go and spoil them.

Really big shop with a nice selection of items. Staff are helpful and mostly knowledgeable. The condition for the animals sold is pretty poor, but not much worse than other large pet stores. A big selection of Small pet items but sadly lots that are unsuitable and cages that are way too small, still better than Pets at Home for supplies though!

Terrific pet supplies warehouse! Huge, with lots of choice and friendly staff who made us and our pup very welcome. Pricing seemed competitive with pack sizes ranging from small to sack (pet foods), wide product ranges catering for tiny to huge breeds. Will definitely shop there again!

Been visiting Jollys since I was a small child, I love that they're stocking small animals again. They have an impressive range of pet products from domestic to exotics, there is almost guaranteed to be something for everyone.

The staff at this branch are phenomenal. They’re so helpful and the selection there is far better than any of the other big chain pet stores.

Very disappointed. My dog is only small. Chubby girl in glasses accusted me saying my dog had urinated. I explained as dogs do he was sniffing only oast dogs. She was rude and abrupt. I asked to speak to Manager but Suoervisor interviewed. I had been coming here s long time. I will be placing formal complaint to Jollys management.
