(Translated by Google) It is a very nice place with a path that can be done by the whole family including seniors. Surrounded by nature rivers and waterfall. It has a suspension bridge to pass the river making the ride very entertaining and you can swim in the natural pool a few steps from the main entrance of the park. Take into consideration that you have few parking spots. The only thing that seems negative to us is that they allow very loud music to be placed on visitors and all the tranquility and natural charm of the park is lost. There was a bathroom, but it was closed, take your forecasts.

(Translated by Google) A small trail (0.8km) the biggest attraction is a small puddle where you can go swimming a little. The puddle is shallow but the water is usually not clear (it is almost always a bit cloudy). Currently the road is lacking in maintenance but super accessible since it is paved. There are some bridges out of service but they are not necessary to reach the puddle. At the entrance there are some informative murals with interesting information.

It is a beautiful 100% natural place. I recommend visiting this place accompanied by two or three people. I definitely do not recommend going alone. It may seem like a very peaceful place but you have to be careful. Better safe than sorry

Fun Hiking Spot to see Secondary Type Jungle. It is a circular loop that let´s you observe the different type of trees and vegetation that exist in the Panama Canal Basin. This area is called the Parque Soberania and it´s a National Preserved Area since 1980. Close to Panama City is a good two hour excursion that allows you to wander in the trail for less than a kilometer. There are a couple of suspension bridges that go over the Sardinilla Creek that runs along the track. In the center of the loop there is a pretty small waterfall that you can stop and sit beside to enjoy a picnic, take a break or use the available restroom facilities. There is a 2.50 Dollar Charge as of this post per person that is managed by a local community organization that oversees the maintenance of the site. There is no parking area per se but you can park your vehicle by the entrance on both sides of the Gamboa Road. Recommend going in the Summer Months December through March as the trail can become slippery. If you do go in the rainy season aim for the morning to avoid the rain.

Short and easy trail through the rainforest with a little stream along the way and interesting trees. Great chance to get into the forest for inexperienced hikers and those who don’t like to hike.

A free trail but also run down, some parts are even dangerous for kids. Nothing to worry just a heads up. For my kids the ideal size, 45min hike or so under tree canopy

Well. For maybe 2 hours is good. But you need to bring your food or snacks. There is nothing. There are a small natural pool and you can walking for maybe 30 minutes.

Great little hike - maybe half mile and level- that can be extended for the adventurous, but the extension is not well maintained. On your way to the falls look up and study the tree tops for monkeys. Bring a banana and you can meet them as I did. So fun.

Beautiful little walk through the forest next to a small river. The path to the waterfall is paved and accessible. Some of the terrain after that is a little rough, as the bridges over streambeds are being replaced.

(Translated by Google) It is a very beautiful place, I love to spend a while I see people come to bathe with their children, and take photos ... I feel that the place should be conditioned a little more than anything the trails, to be able to explore it ... (Translated by Google) On the road to Gamboa, the El Charco Trail offers a small parking area. From there, a 10-minute walk leads to the small waterfall and a dam that generates a well. If you keep climbing to the side of the well, you will find a newly renovated suspension bridge. A place to take good photos and venture to discover that there is a little beyond.
