NICE
CASTLE
BUT
HORRIBLE
CUSTOMER
EXPERIENCE
IF
YOU
DONT
SPEAK
GERMAN.
It's
a
nice
place
to
visit,
only
about
an
hour
drive
from
Hamburg.
You
can
visit
the
gardens
free
of
charge.
To
enter
the
museum
is
€8.5
and
€2
extra
if
you
want
the
audio
tour.
The
problem
is
not
everything
is
in
English,
some
displays
have
no
translation
of
the
descriptions,
and
the
security
staff
either
don't
speak
English
or
choose
not
to
do
it.
They
give
instructions
or
reprimand
you
in
German
as
if
you
were
supposed
to
understand
them.
A
very
rude
man
at
the
gift
shop
came
to
me
speaking
in
an
aggressive
manner
pointing
at
a
sign
in
German
while
speaking
German.
I
told
him
I
can't
read
German
neither
I
understand
what
he
was
saying,
just
then
he
said
to
me
not
to
touch
the
product
I
was
holding,
then
I
asked
him
how
I
was
supposed
to
buy
it
if
I
couldn't
grab
it
to
purchase
it,
he
said
I
had
to
ask
him
to
take
it
for
me.
It's
gift
shop
for
God's
sake!!!
IF
YOU
WANT
TO
MAKE
MONEY
THEN
CATER
FOR
TOURISTS.
