What an awesome experience! Friendly and informative teammates behind a very interesting and amazing arsenal of recovery and performance tools. I traditionally have done ice baths and cold therapy ( showers / soaks). This is a way easier way to get results and felt less of a shock to the system as a traditional ice bath or cold shower. I do cold soaks at 40 degrees for a minute to 2 minutes and the 3 minute level 2 felt amazing! The whole family got treatments! Thank you for making this experience a great introduction to cryotherapy.

I tried cryotherapy for the first time this weekend as it alleviated so much of the chronic pain that I've been having related to autoimmune as well as anxiety issues. At first, I was nervous about the idea, but after realizing the risks are very minimal when it's done right, I decided to give it a chance and I'm so pleased. I'm looking forward to seeing what becomes of this as I continue. Many thanks to Crystal for talking to me during my treatment and being super pleasant.

If I wrote this review 3 weeks ago it probably would’ve been 5 stars but the customer service deteriorated in the last 3 weeks. I have been doing cryotherapy here since May. It is probably one on the best things I’ve done for my heath in 2020! My skin from weekly cryofacials is amazing. If you’re doing any type of injections cryofacials are a fraction of the cost and probably work better. My metabolism is so sped up from the full body sessions I’ve lost 39 lbs and I burn fat like crazy! I will be continuing these treatments for a very long time but NEVER again on Saturday! The young lady Ashley that works on Saturdays is very rude and unprofessional. She has very poor customer service skills. I had an appointment 3 weeks ago and she had me waiting a long time while she flirted with a male client and even told me, when she finally returned to do my facial that he asked for her number. Today I came to my appointment she had me waiting for 25 minutes of which part of that time I watched her standing around texting while she should have been preparing the cryochamber for me the next customer. After I decided not to have the full body and just the facial due to time constraints I told her that she was unprofessional and she should apologize for how I was treated. She refused. This place is nice and worth the price just don’t go on a Saturday. I work in the service industry down the street at Robert Andrews Salon & Spa and if I treated a customer like this I would be fired immediately!

The people that work there are very friendly and supportive. They have all listened to my requests and have been great at helping get through 3 minutes of cryotherapy

I went her recently on Saturday for my group on. Kaylin was very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. Loved that she played a song while I was in there because that was a great distraction. I look forward to the additional sessions and hopefully making it a routine.

Was having trouble trying to use the website to purchase and schedule so I called the number several times and no one answered, just a recording. Drove to the location from Annapolis and it was closed even though the website said it was open until 2pm. It was 10 am. The sign said it would be open on Monday. Tried calling again several times and no answere, just a recording. Was looking forward to trying the service.

Kalyn and Jaylin were exceptional! They were gentle and attentive! They immediately sanitized the leg normatec bags! 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing place!! Amazing staff!! I never knew there was such a thing that could fix my sleep. I’ve started to sleep better and for longer hours after just 2 sessions of cryotherapy. I can’t wait for the next time i get it!! In love with it! I highly recommend this place!!

Cori is fantastic! She has taken really good care of me since I started coming. Very professional and always has a smile on her face....she is great. Cori really excels at giving localized treatments and she really cares about her patients. Two thumbs up for her and for Maryland Cryotherapy!
