😠 I used to love this facility but services have gone completely downhill. The last time I came for a walk-in at 9am, I was turned around because they weren't able to see any more walk-ins for the day. At 9am? I used to love this facility but services have gone completely downhill. The last time I came for a walk-in at 9am, I was turned around because they weren't able to see any more walk-ins for the day. At 9am? Today I had a scheduled appointment, was allowed to check-in and pay the night before but arrived to the appointment and was told it was canceled. You allowed me to check-in, took my money, but the appointment was cancelled? And no other doctor could see my children for a scheduled appointment, but you still take walk-ins? Make it make sense.

We’ve been going here since 2017. Both of my babies and soon to be baby will continue going here. We moved 45 minutes away and still make the commute. The doctors are trustworthy. They listen to you and address your concerns. They respect your views. We’ve always had our children on a slower vaccine schedule and they do this, no problem. Highly recommend! Especially for first time parents.

If i could give them 0 stars i would! Were very terrible! I had to wait a long time in the waiting room then when i went to the back the doctor put a scalpel directly on my foot and hurt me. He cut off a toenail and now it cricket. He cut it off and it never grew back. Then said he would call back with test results and never did. I called up there twice and the receptionist said they will call back and never did. Waste of time and money!

I had been with this practice for over 8 years and recommended multiple people. My family was thrown away because we had 3 missed appointments within a calander year. I know making appointment are important however I made a mistake an came to an appointment the following day thinking that was my appointment date. The front desk receptionist acknowledged that I was not receiving the reminder texts as all the other client were. I was told Chris the office manager would reach out to me. It has been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing from him. I called to follow up on when I would receive the phone call from him and the call person said that he had called and left a voice mail but I didn't receive either. I guess my family doesn't matter anymore, I feel targeted as a client because my son has a altered shot schedule and doesn't receive all of the vaccinations so they don't make as much as they could with other children who do get all the recommended shots.

Dr. Davis and his staff are exceptional. Dr. Davis is patient attentive engaging friendly and polite. He has a great personality and gives the best advice. I’m so grateful that my Daughter has a Pediatrician of his caliber.

The practice is giant and yet they can’t seem to get their AC fixed. Their equipment doesn’t seem to be regularly calibrated as their readings/measurements are always inaccurate. They need to do away with the measuring stick. The markings are fading and it’s wood which can shrink and expand over the years. They tried to use a giant adult sized pulse ox on my tiny baby. The MAs are very friendly however they aren’t practicing correct techniques when it comes to taking a rectal temperature. They go way past the mark on the thermometer which is extremely dangerous and can perforate the baby’s bowel. The Dr gave outdated info about getting a fever when teething. The staff is very friendly but some serious updates are needed.

My son has been with the Pediatric Group since he was born 10 years ago. They are a wonderful compassionate group. It does take forever however to get an appointment as they are so busy. Once we finally got an appointment, we were in and out in no time with little to no wait.

My daughter was misdiagnose. Doctor said she had eczema on her face and it turned out to be a fungus. The medicine that was provided actually made it worst. I took her to a dermatologist a couple days later and they were able to diagnose her correctly.
