Ive had several tripa to ER over last year for different things. I do get anxiety, and any symptom i have they push off to anxiety. Chest pain, stomach bloating etc. The way the ER treats the patients is absolutely ridiculous. Like my last visit i didnt even get any tests ran or nothing they just blew me off. The majority of nurses were amazing but the Doctors not so much

Some of the Doctors here are kind and truly care, however I recently came in for a hernia consultation with Dr.Even Kelly and he was absolutely awful. He was so unkind and judgemental. My BMI is above the charts and Dr Kelly made the comment I could go 2 months without eating and be fine. At some point the comment you are what you eat was also made. That's not even all of it. So much for a hernia consultation. I would strongly urge people to not have a consultation with Dr.Kelly. The appointment seriously traumatized me.

Prior to my surgical procedure, I met with many staff members for a pre-op physical over the course of several hours. The transitions between appointments were seamless and I had very little wait time. I was very impressed with the detailed information I was given on the surgery, dietary restrictions & expectations of me prior to & following the surgery. Every service provider was professional & patiently answered my questions in a manner I could understand. It was comforting to know I was in the most skilled, best hands during my surgery and the aftercare in the hospital. I have been to numerous medical facilities over the course of my 69 years. I can’t think of enough superlatives for this stellar facility and it’s entire staff. I am grateful to have been a patient there and highly recommend it without reservation.

I have doctored at this clinic my whole life, seen lots of changes, but the care I receive never waivers. I am proud to say this is my primary clinic. I've had multiple surgeries, several hospital stays, many procedures, and even more doctor visits. I have never once had a bad experience in 47 years. The staff is outstanding, my doctors are amazing, I like the building. The only thing they absolutely must work on is parking. People are now parking on the main highway because there's no open spots in the parking lot. This is dangerous and not acceptable

Everyone was just so kind to me and they did an excellent job repairing my back. I would definitely recommend them if you are nervous about back surgery, they are great. I have much less pain healing from the surgery then I did with the bone spurs and it’s only getting better now. Such great nurses getting me ready and a great surgeon. I am so grateful to have been able to get this done.

I genuinely like CRMC-Crosby. All my experiences there have been very good. They usually can get me in quickly for appointments, wait times at check-in are generally very short, and the staff is consistently professional and friendly. The overall atmosphere is very much in line with what I need and like. I would not want to receive health care elsewhere if it is something CRMC can provide!

UPDATE: I called them and they said that if I didn't already pay the bill they could have refunded some, an admission of their price gouging... so I am being punished for paying by the looters. Original Review: $682 for a PA to look in my ear and prescribe amoxicillin. Ridiculous. The kind of bill that makes you decide NOT to seek medical treatment. Called and asked why so expensive, told I was a new patient, I was not a new patient, they just had to update info. Even if I was, $682 for a PA. To be sure the PA was good but it was an ear problem, nothing serious. Importantly, they can't explain why so expensive and they got it wrong, feel like they made up a large number and threw it out to see if I would pay, well I did. Rip off.

My appointment was at 10 but didn't see a nurse till 1025, no explanation of why so long to wait. Why do they have appointment times when they don't honor them. I'm glad this is not my regular clinic.

I had almost cut off part of my finger. I was passing out and in intense pain. When we arrived at emergency, every single staff person was over-the-top nice, helpful, and great at their job. The doctors and nurses treated me and stitched up my finger, and were the best we’ve ever experienced anywhere! I can’t say enough good about them all! I wish ever hospital was like this! Thank you staff! As a follow up six months later…my finger is 95% healed and whole! I am so very thankful to God and the staff at Cuyuna! A couple of more weeks and my finger will be perfect!

The nurses when my son was born were amazing, but we my wife was having problems during the pregnancy they told her she was overreacting on the phone and a waste of time to go in. She had the same problems after the pregnancy where I found her passed out in the bathroom. I Brought her to the ER at a different hospital where they figured it out after Crosby wouldn't give us the time of day. Also the doctor messed up on my son's circumcision which we have had multiple doctors have tell us.

Having moved to the area 5 years ago, I was worried about finding good health care providers. This place is absolutely wonderful on all fronts. My husband had a knee replacement and I had a renal cyst removed. The care we received, from both clinic and hospital staff, was exceptional! Five stars for sure!

My husband went in for a routine physical which is covered by our health insurance but Crosby found excuses to bill us for out of pocket expenses. They are charging us for two visits with one costing nearly $700. This place is so overpriced - we will not be going here ANYMORE!! And, husband had to wait two hours to be seen and another hour to have routine blood work drawn. And, the total bill was $2,700 FOR A PHYSICAL!
