I can highly recommend Gaynor…I have recently received treatment to my eye area followed by treatment to my mouth area a couple of weeks later.. after and within a few weeks can see the difference. Gaynor is extremely professional and friendly and she made me feel very at ease during the treatments. The treatment itself was not painful at all and it was done in a lovely environment. Afterwards she gave guidance on what would happen in the following few days and how to manage any swelling and kept in touch. I have recently received treatment for my eye area and also for mouth and chin area. I had my eyes treated 4 weeks ago and can see a big improvement to upper lids and crows feet. After only a couple of weeks from my mouth treatment I am already pleased with the results and have avoided having to have fillers for my upper lip area. I cannot recommend Gaynor enough; she is very professional and knowledgeable in her field of work as well as being friendly and someone who puts you at ease. She has continued to provide fantastic aftercare and I cannot fault her service. I will be returning for further treatments.

I had the plasma fibroblast on my eyelids 7 days ago and I’m so happy with my results!! The treatment itself was pain free with only a warm sensation felt . The practitioner was lovely extremely professional talking me through every step and gave full advice and support on aftercare! The results were instant I could see an improvement straight away!! 7 days on the swelling has completely gone and so are the scabs! Absolutely Amazing. I went to see Gaynor yesterday at Waterloo Plasma I opted for the full eye package. I have been using Steroid cream on my eyes that has thinned If anyone knows anything about skin it’s Gaynor. Gaynor has a lovely work set up it’s so clean. I got My Procedure done and it was over before I knew it as we chatted through it. Her work is amazing it’s so neat and tidy and pain free with the numbing cream. Afterwards I was given an aftercare sheet and silver spray ( I have forgotten what it’s called) it calms and eases the skin. If anybody is looking to get Plasma work done, don’t hesitate to come here for the money you won’t find anyone better that knows about skin and the latest treatments, I am amazed 💯. Had my eye lids done years ago by Gaynor so didn’t give it a second thought when I felt like I needed a freshen up to return to her again. I had the full eye package at Waterloo plasma ten days ago, Gaynor was so nice and put me at ease after chatting for a few minutes I felt like I had known her for ages, she explained the treatment very well and certainly seems to know her stuff, the treatment room itself was beautiful and intimate and very relaxing, throughout the treatment we chatted and before I knew it it was finished, Gaynor talked me through the aftercare and gave me a care sheet she also reassured me I could message her at any time and asked for progress photos which I could send either every day or every few days, the difference in my eyes from my before video to only ten days after treatment is amazing! If you are thinking of having plasma then Waterloo plasma is the place to go, I will 100% be going back there if I need any more treatments

I had the plasma eye package with Gaynor and really happy with the results. I had a consultation before hand and all my questions about the treatment were answered and I had quite a few. My mind was put at ease after speaking to her as I was in two minds to have the treatment but so glad I did. My eyelids were hooded and very crapey thin skin, they are now so much tighter. My under eyes and crows feet area are also tighter and skin is smoother. I think I would like to get my lids done again as I knew before the treatment they may need a second fibroblast. Cant't fault after care with follow up texts and pictures how it was healing, by day 9 all dots had fallen off and no problems. Would definitely recommend Gaynor if you are considering Fibroblast you are in safe hands. Will be getting more treatment in the future.

Im so happy to have discovered Gaynor at Waterloo Plasma. Such a professional, warm and friendly lady who provided me with a great treatment and aftercare service. I received treatment for upper eye lift to remove the folds and lower eye rejuvenation and noticed a big difference after only a week. The treatment is pain free and although the healing process can tingle a little, but Gaynor aftercare service has been fantastic and explained that this is a normal part of the process and means the treatment is working.
