We ordered from the app and waited in one of the curbside spots. The place was empty. No ppl inside, only one or 2 came in drive thru, and nobody else in curbside. Yet we waited 30 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries!! And the food was cold!! Terrible experience and highly inefficient restaurant! I do NOT recommend it. THIS is why everything is going automated!!

The young lady with red hair that waited on us was excellent! So kind and made sure our order was correct! She was fast and professional too. The stop for our grands was a win, win!

Asked for a Mcrib with no pickels, I got a Mcrib with pickels not too big of a deal I just picked them off but what bothered me was while I was in here eating I heard another employee bullying another employee and it just made the room uncomfortable, I will say the manager did tell him to knock it off but still I felt uncomfortable and uneasy eating my lunch in there

Never fails service and food are miserable, foods cold and nasty and place messy

Waited 25 minutes for our breakfast along with five other customers waiting after us. They were running orders out to the drive through and not taking care of us. When we finally received our order, an employee stated 'sorry for your wait'. Usually MCD will add a complimentary item, such as an apple pie. I was going to ask, but I thought it may have taken another 25 minutes. Not happy with the service! They should have filled the orders in queue.

I ordered three meals. I was very specific on my order. I even asked to gladly wait for fresh hot fries. No problem I Ordered 3 large fries and neither one was full. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, a quarter pounder deluxe and both were dressed like a deluxe. They tried to render their mistake by taking the tomatoes off the sandwich they mistakenly put lettuce and tomato and mayonnaise on and scrapped off. I had to explain 5 times to the person on the head phones then multiple times to the manager and neither one could even comprehend what they did wrong and kept arguing with me until I got upset and raised my voice. I could go on but it would take a while. I have never been so upset about fast food in my entire life. And what makes me angry is that the manager never once apologized for their mistakes or me having to come all the way back there and just kept arguing about it and that I asked for corp ofc and she did not get me the information. People work hard for their money and should expect quality food and service.

Ordered 2 medium Carmel frappe and paid then pulled upto get them and was told they had to change Carmel and to pull forward...after waiting 10 min finally went in and asked where they were and they had totally forgot about us and took another 5 min and then received 2 smalls but didn't say anything just left

When it comes to fast food service is king since the food tastes the same everywhere. I've never had bad service here and order is always correct.
