Decided to go inside to order since drive thru was crazy busy! Worth it to chat with the staff and enjoy some great hospitality! Staff made our fries fresh and the hot dogs were delicious! We put everything on ours and our food lasted all day on the boat! Clean & attached to Gino’s as well! Close to interstate ramp & Route 60. Local staff is amazing and so kind! We wanted Onion Rings but the pandemic stopped those. We understand what they are going thru. Great visit! We frequent a lot!

Another excellent example of this chain. Today I ordered the biscuit and gravy. It had a pleasant taste and nice texture. I also ordered the Peppi. It was phenomenal as usual. If you are looking for a consistent experience I recommend this location!

I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy. They placed them right away in the window. The order taker(a manager) would not give them to me. I was told I had to sit down and wait for the dining room person to bring them out. So, I left and doubt I will EVER return to this location. Train your people or hire people who have a brain.

Found hair in my gravy and scrambled eggs! I'm pregnant and I'm glad I looked at my food as I was eating this time, I threw up instantly...but I called and the manager was really nice and offered a new meal or refund.

I would have given 5 stars but the lady who took my order through the drive thru was rude and hateful. She was put out that I ordered a lunch meal at 11:45am and they didn’t start serving lunch food until noon. However! I didn’t let her rain on my parade! I ate a delicious breakfast meal and so did the rest of my family! We all LOVE Tudor’s!

I wasn't sure exactly which food I had got food poisoning from last time I went there. I had the biscuits and sausage gravy. This time I had the same and YES I GOT FOOD POISONING!!! AGAIN!!! Also, while I was there I watched them treat a homeless person terrible! Down right inhumane actually! They ran the poor girl out of the bathroom after she had only been in there about 30 seconds didn't even let her button her pant and were putting her down as they ran her off.🤬

Their food is never hot unless you order the gravy and biscuit. Anything else is cold and has been sitting there a while. Specially the tator rounds. I don't think I've ever got fresh tator rounds, i quit ordering them.. They're always cold and chewy instead of crispy and hot

Just want everyone to know we appreciate your feed back it helps us do better. We have been recently under staffed but we have hired more staff. We are actually casual dinning not fast food so what we cook is fresh made to order. I apologize for your wait but fries are dropped by order. Chicken is made from frozen and we have a goal temp to reach to make it safe to eat. We do this to ensure your safety. I hope the wait is worth hot fresh food. Of you dont like to wait or have a large order try calling it in so we can have it ready. Hopefully everyone who had a bad experience comes back for at least one more try. Thanks
