Fantastic customer service, we eat no egg and restaurant happy to oblige. Food delicious fresh and always arrives early. Prices good too, lots of food for your money! Been going here for years now get freebies when we order. Best Chinese outside china and would give 10 stars if was available.

Discusted with the service here waited over a hour for a delivery to be Rudley told it will turn up when it does, I asked is there any chance they can let me know a time and was just told no you will have to wait we are busy. I requested that if it wasn't going to be in the next 15 mins I would have to cancel , he said you cancel it then yeah(with a major attitude problem)! How rude! I Will never use this place ever again or recommend it to anyone who wishes to be spoken to like a human being. 0* rating!

I ordered at 8.30 and was told that it would be an hour. At 9.55 it turned up. The “mixed seasonal vegetable” dish consisted of a few bits of carrot and a bit of onion - lots of noodles. All the good Chinese places around here shut on Mondays, which is why I called - I’d just got back from holiday and fancied a Chinese. I wish I’d had a bowl of frozen peas instead. It was absolute garbage.

Duck in plum sauce came in 3 separate tubs. Duck looked like it had been taken straight out of the freezer and microwaved. Tasteless and dry. Vedge in separate tub was non dicript, think it was cabbage with 3 tiny slithers of carrot. Sauce was ok but did not lift the dish at all. Whole meal was a very expensive disappointment.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered, the worst Chinese I’ve ever eaten , in fact it was that bad I didn’t eat it, the chicken balls were burnt and greasy, the chicken curry was tough (the chicken hadn’t been tenderised the unique way it should be) the rice was that overdone it resembled Couscous, overall little flavour and runny sauce. I would have given a one star, but the man behind the counter was very friendly

Ordered online as that's normally where we order from well all I can say it's gone down hill veg was hard chips were hard and my partner said its processed chicken

Chichen chow main dry cut up pieces of noodle. Few bits of frozen chichen. Had to warm up in the microwave. Not worth .the money

Just had our Chinese delivered. Never, will I order from here again, the worst Chinese I’ve ever had! The salt and pepper chips has sugar all over them! The rest was like dish water. We spent £35 on absolutely disgusting food! 🤢🤮 🗑️ it all went into the bin!

Food is good but delivery is DISGRACEFUL! I have consistently spent £40+ for the family’s food, and it has come over an hour late (with an original waiting time of an hour!) for our last 3+ orders. A real shame; could be MUCH better.

Ordererd pan fried dumplins they were boiled. Got a beef curry and chips curry was awful probably the worst ive had and there was 10 chips that looked like they had been cooked 4 or 5 times shrivelled up cold and minging i 100% wont be back.

I have used for over 12 years, was so disappointed tonight, the large spring rolls were literally just beansprouts and the char sui chow men tasted really like vinegar and was over powering, we also found a hair attached to some beansprouts, had definately been cooked in. was so disappointed as really did not like the food tonight, its the same as we always get aswell, not sure if a new chef. was going to email them but have not been able to find a way of contacting apart from the phone number.

Ordered on a Saturday granted quiet late.. had the spring rolls which tasted slimy, hot sour soup with nothing in it and chicken with ginger spring onion which tasted nothing like my husband ordered beef with bamboo shoots and water chestnuts - when received no meat was in it. When we complained we was told we couldn’t have a refund as we would need to return the food?! (It was in the bin) but told that we could order the same free of charge. Tried to order tonight however they still wanted a further £11 to cover the chicken and spring rolls.. £30 which we originally paid is a lot of money in these days so to part with a further £11 for a meal that wasn’t delivered as ordered we put the phone down. We tried to sort this before putting negative feed back but never again will we go back.
