Took
my
grandson
in
due
to
server
dehydration.
He
hadn't
peed
in
over
24hours.
Wouldn't
drink,
eat,
or
even
move.
He
had
been
diagnosed
with
RSV
last
week,
the
flu,
and
an
ear
infection.
Once
there
we
sat
for
over
6
hours.
Knowing
he
was
severely
dehydrated
they
didn't
seem
to
care.
There
had
been
other
children
in
the
waiting
room....one
they
said
they
thought
had
meningitis.
In
6
hours
not
one
of
the
children
in
that
waiting
room
got
seen.
We
sat
and
watched
other
people
walk
in
and
get
seen
but
the
children
all
just
sat
in
the
waiting
room.
The
woman
behind
the
glass
acted
like
we
all
are
bothering
her
even
told
the
parent
of
the
child
with
meningitis
who
was
pacing
to
sit
down.
Finally,
all
the
parents,
us
included,
just
got
up
and
left.
We
had
to
go
to
Knoxville
children's
hospital
for
help.
Once
there
they
identified
he
was
severely
dehydrated
and
hooked
him
up
to
an
IV.
If
you
can't
help
us,
then
just
tell
us.
We
could
have
been
to
children's
and
had
an
IV
placed
by
the
time
they
had
us
sitting.
It
seems
Cumberland
medical
center...at
least
the
ER
has
just
given
up
on
even
trying
to
act
like
they
care.
For
the
woman
who
was
behind
the
glass....
you
need
a
new
job.
Since
people
coming
in
seem
to
bother
you
so
much
why
not
just
go
work
at
a
prison.
At
least
those
people
you
are
being
rude
too
kind
of
deserve
it.
The
parents
of
sick
kids
just
want
help
for
our
little
ones.
Again,
if
you
can't
take
us,
or
you
don't
have
someone
to
see
us
just
say
so.
We
are
all
grownups.
I
promise
we
can
take
it.
