One lane open to check out. The line runs halfway to the back of the store. The only employees that can be seen are busy talking with one another instead of doing their job. This is the last time I use this store.

They had a line 12 carts long for the self-checkout. They had one regular register open, and half of the self checkouts shut down. Took over 10 minutes to check out with one small item. I come here because it's pretty close to where I live but I would rather drive further and go to HEB if this is how they're going to do it.

I visited the kroger store Sunday morning and these people had no mask protector. We are in a COVID-19 crisis and people are dying, including family members, and the community is not cooperating. Kroger should not let people in without protectors. We are running risks of contaminating COVID 19 from people who do not use protection.

Second time in the store on a Saturday evening. No cashiers. There was at least 15 people in line for the 6 self checkouts. Many with full carts. The manager was straightening chips in the deli. I don’t think that is a high priority when customers are leaving carts and walking out of the store.

They sell so much questionable products. Vacuum sealed meat thats opened. Products at or past expiration. I used to go for the fried chicken. But there never is any.

Terrible terrible customer service. Lady in the pharmacy was not only slow, but looked unhealthy and sadly overweight. Downhill service for sure, and it's a shame because they used to be great. Quality of their employees is horrible.

Not sure what has happened here. This store was generally top notch and now it's more like Rudolph and the land of misfit toys. I mean, if you're going to close the store do it and don't make us suffer with below subpar employees. Good thing Burleson has a better store.

This store has the rudest evening staff and lazy!!!! Kroger Inc should be ashamed!!! No carts and when I asked the Lil gal she said, " You check all doors?" The lead cashier was rude to the couple in front of me. She even told the cashier that he was too nice to them and needed to more mean. I will keep driving to Wal-Mart Market next time.

WE HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN TWICE NOW WITH OVER $600 IN GROCERIES THEY EXPECT US TO CHECK OUT OURSELVES WITH THEIR TINY STATION... NOT HAPPENING! THEN... PASS THEIR EMPLOYEES STANDING THERE "IN GROUPS" AND WATCH YOU PASS THEM WITHOUT EVEN ASKING IF YOU NEED HELP OUT! THIS IS SAD AND THE REASON I REFUSE TO GO BACK HERE! Whomever is running this store should be fired! These kids working here obviously have been told not to offer to help to the car!

Do not use pick up at this location. I love Kroger and so there at least once a week, but I've had multiple problems at this location with pick up. From missing items, crushed items and most recently was charged over $100 by mistake with no one (store manager, multiple chat agents and phone customer service) willing to help.

No one to be found in the meat department. Waited for help, had to find another person in a different department. I asked them if they could find the meat department employee. That person didn't even say a word, just walked off. A few minutes later he comes back with the meat department employee who has the worst customer service I have seen in awhile. Told me he didn't have the pork shoulder that just was advertised in your ad starting today. He said he didn't get any and "I don't know what to tell you buddy" Then proceeded to try and sell my t-bones which were in the add too but they weren't even priced accordingly. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Tonight, we experienced a line of DIY cashiers ... not one cashier on a register. The only one was apparently on break, which was probably well deserved. One sweet lady managing all the DIY cashiers. We had a lot in our basket. We had two options: wait in line and DIY or leave basket and merchandise out of frustration. So, we waited. I know it isn't the employees' fault. Kroger needs to do much better. This is not the first time either. There have been plenty of times I went there to buy a few things and ended saying, "Nope!" due to the lack of cashiers. Two cashiers still would not have been enough for the line!

Oh my god Kroger's so frustrating!! We got 100$ worth of groceries and THOSE STUPID FRESKING TINY STATIONS? NO AND ALSO THOSE THINGS THAT POP UP WHEN U DONT PUT A ITEM ON THE CHECKOUT LONG ENOUGH? AND WHEN IT SAYS 30 items help is in the way WHAT EVEN IS THAT FOR overall it's just NOT IT rather go to Walmart.

Currently standing in a very long line at the one open register. The one self checkout section that is open has a long line too. This was supposed to be a quick trip for a few things. But it won't be because there is one cashier.

I like the convenience, but the meat and produce freshness is much better at HEB. Oftentimes, the only way to check out is with self-checkout and the lines can be very long.

Ribeyes on sale but none are in the cooler bin. The butcher is stocking full racks of meat instead of cutting ribeyes. I love this store but this is just poor management.

Horrible employees. Not all, but one in particular named Jodie. She discriminates and makes fun of another employee who it's obvious has some kind of disability. Kroger being the union company they are should be PROTECTING their employees and taking action against things like this. I hate to say it but anyone who treats another employee like that should be terminated!

The manager refused to check me out. He said nobody was available. Yet he's outside smoking cigarettes. Then he was rude to me for even bothering to ask him to check my 400 dollars worth of groceries. I told him that I didn't want the items and he said good we didn't want you to have them. I can't believe it. It's ridiculous and Lost my bugs essentially from inside and at the gas pump never again.

This Kroger is consistently very good. The staff are particularly nice. It's clean and we'll stocked, often there are folks in the produce department putting things out. I can go in and out in 10-15 minutes. It's great!

This place is nasty. We've only gone 3 times when we absolutely had to, first time we went the floors were nasty and coolers were wide open with no one around. The second time I went was for bagels, the bread aisle had bread every where and some bags were open including the bagels I wanted. This last time was tonight, my husband went to get icecream. When he brought them home they were melted refrozen and had freezer burn. I called to let them know and the first time I called she put me on hold and never came back. I called again and no one answered. I called back 2 more times and finally they answered. Put me on the phone with the "manager" kid sounded 12 years old. He didn't care, didn't apologize for the inconvenience. Will be returning the icecream and never coming back.

I've had a lot of issues with this location. During one visit, I had an employee leave an entire line of carts in front of my car, I tried to wave him down, but that didn't work. I called and spoke to the manager and they said they were going to send someone out, they didn't. Me and another customer had to put the carts back in the cart corral. Another issue was that their hours are not always correct and I had one man working on the freight shift be incredibly rude to me for showing up after they closed. I ended up calling the manager to confirm the hours and let him know about that specific employee. Their store always has pallets and products all over the floor, some of it being a huge safety issue and also blocking off whole areas so you can't shop in certain sections. Some of the night employees are nowhere to be found or on their phone. If you come before closing, they'll give you the wrong time until closing to get you out the door sooner. I came in last night and we needed help, only employees I see are outside smoking and on their phones, we called for help and it took a few minutes just so someone can come help us. The store is also constantly showcasing deals/coupons with a kroger card and a lot of times they don't pop up.

The website says that Kroger closes at 1am so we ran in there to grab a few things, mind this is at 10:45 at night. So we ran in and the doors to the entrance lobby thing and there was a sign in front of the part that you were supposed to enter, we run in there and they are out of the things that we were going to buy. They were already closing down at 10:45 at night there was only 1 cashier, and the self checkouts were full. Kroger is very good in earlier mornings and afternoons but be careful in the nights. Do not trust that the closing time that it says on google.

The employees here are kind and patient, even in times when it would be easy not to be, but they still are.

This Kroger has definitely gone down the past few months/years. I will keep shopping for small items but, hard to compete with prices and selections of HEB.

Hard to do any shopping when you feel like you're going to die of heat stroke! Ya'll just need to bite the bullet and buy NEW units instead of fixing the ones that keep dying.

Have been a Kroger Customer for many many years and today was the last time I will ever step foot in the Crowley Kroger. When a self check cashier is allowed to argue with me over something on sale and basically call me a liar I am done. Once I asked to speak to a manager she kept saying she was sorry. No don't argue with a customer and when they go over your head then say your sorry it doesn't work that way. I have been a cashier and you do not argue with customers, if there is an issue you as cashier call the manager over to handle it. The manager didn't seem to care about the issue so I am done.

The deli, cheese, produce products were well-organized. The floors were so clean and neat.

Lazy butcher today with an attitude. He was lingering near the ground beef watching dozens of us look for steaks for our grill this beautiful Saturday. He snuck off so he wouldn’t be asked. (I know how Kroger works, he just didn’t wanna cut the meat up) Get on your job, Kroger. It’s a weekend in spring in Texas.
