This was my second time here. The first was a networking event and it was great. This time not so much. The food was just okay. I had the meatballs which had a nice savory taste but the temperature wasn't great. Then I got the smoked buffalo wing with a side salad. And honestly I've had better; even with the salad. The blueberry vinegarette dressing wasn't good. The place is decorated beautifully, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere was bustling, but the food needs work. Especially for the price.

Went for an early lunch on a Thursday. This place is beautiful. Every seating option has comfortable chairs - which I haven't experienced in any restaurants. Our server (Paige) was very helpful in making both drink & food selections. She was able to describe the different drinks, many of which had ingredients that were new to us. I enjoyed the very unique menu. Definitely check it out online. Our food was brought out quickly and was delicious. The salad was crisp & flavorful. The sandwich was extremely large - we split one. Never had a sandwich like this before. You will be using up all your calories for the day, but it was worth it. The French fries were also very good. I'd love to go at night and see what the vibe was like. All of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Finally checked this place out. Food was really good. Atmosphere is modern but very comfortable. Older kids can sit in the bar area that has a lot of seating along with bar sitting. Waitress was nice and did a great job. We will definitely be back!

Cool spot. Big place. Pretty diverse, upscale bar menu menu with some healthy options, and cocktails were good.

Enjoyed a family friendly dinner for my wife’s birthday. The margarita and their twist on a Tom collins were tasty and I would get both again. The harvest bowl was delicious especially with the chimichurri sauce and the salmon naan blt was a hit. Must order the corn crème brûlée as a side, wasn’t on the menu when we were reading but might’ve missed it. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for the patience with our toddler

Decent food. Great drinks. The upstairs lounge area is the perfect setting to have some drinks while you wait for your table. The main dining area atmosphere reminds me of a cafeteria setting and the lights are so bright in there. Plaid cushions take me back to the 80s. They have TVs set up which is nice but they have these fake plants in between seating that block all views of the tv though so makes it pointless. Employees very nice and helpful.

Came here for a party in the upstairs area. The food was very good and the atmosphere is great. Feels like you are at a trendy restaurant in Chicago.

We had our son’s rehearsal dinner at Culinary Misfits in their lounge upstairs. We were all so happy with our choice! It’s private, there’s a full bar, couches & chairs to relax, plenty of tables, and space to mingle! The food was excellent – we had short rib bolognese, pizzas, salads, wings, meatballs, and desserts! Loved the access to the full bar. The vibe is very cool and stylish. Service was outstanding! This place would be also be perfect for holiday parties, showers, work gatherings and more! We will be booking here again!

I've been to Culinary Misfits multiple times. The food and service is always great. The atmosphere is really nice too. You can host private parties upstairs. This would be such a cute place for holiday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, etc. I highly recommend checking out their Sunday brunch. It's one of our new favorite spots.
