I'm 68 years old. This place is fantastic. The coaches are amazing. Whenever I'm done with my workout, I feel so exhilarated. The Kildeer location is my first choice.

I’ve be coming here for a little over a year and love it. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The coaches are amazing and are always there for any questions or concerns you have during the workout. This has not only been great for my physical health but my mental health as well. I always look forward to coming to class and getting in a great workout.

Went to this studio for the first time and took Frankis class. Probably the worst instructor I’ve even taken from been for a couple dozen studios. She didn’t leave the corner in the room, no motivational messages, only demoed one exercise, did not explain the complication exercise, did not correct anyone’s form. She basically just stood there, could’ve done it without a coach. she only spoke like a robot. I’m not sure if it’s a reflection of the studio, training or maybe it was her first class, not sure. But I definitely would not be going to this studio or instructor.

Been coming here since they opened in Nov 2017 and absolutely love it! The coaches are all very friendly, helpful and if you're open to it, willing to give advice. The people are for the most part very friendly, especially the 5am-ers :). For many years I paid for a gym membership that I rarely used. I'll be honest OTF is way more expensive than a membership at an XSport or LA Fitness, or others of the like, but when you come here you get a full body workout. The coaches keep you motivated, the workouts change daily, they have challenges that encourage you to push yourself.

I’ve never felt like I’ve ever gotten a good workout in until I joined orange theory! Everyday is different so you never know what to expect, everyone is so motivating which makes you want to push yourself, and you feel absolutely amazing when you leave everyday. Whenever I get asked about gyms or workouts I always find myself raving about OTF. Sign up!!

Amazing fitness facility and workout! My first class was with Coach Katie. Who helped me through everything step by step and was so kind! I almost didn’t make it through the workout but she motivated me to finish! I can’t wait to come back! I 100% recommend orange theory Kildeer for a great community and workout!

If you are looking to try something new then Orange Theory is the way to go! The workouts are always different and the coaches at Kildeer are amazing! They take the time to check on your progress and are fully invested in your success! If you are looking to try it out try Coach Alex or Coach Melissa’s classes they have a great energy when they coach and the 60 minutes fly by! Also, the staff and studio itself is pretty awesome trust me after only a few classes everyone starts to learn your name and they always greet you when you come in. Take the chance, try it out, and you won’t regret it!

I absolutely LOVE working out here. The staff is super friendly, and the instructors are all so motivating and helpful! Each workout is a little different and after a full year there, I can say that I'm never bored. I can see the results from being consistent. All you have to do is show up and you'll get the best workout ever!

Coaches: 5 Stars Management: 3 Stars Let me start by saying the coaches are AMAZING! I started coming here in March 2021 & was new to Orangetheory. I loved it & decided this was my long-term workout plan. The coaches are so welcoming & encouraging. When I signed up for a membership I asked about the class cancellation policy because my schedule is very busy with full-time work & a full-time masters program. They said “as long as you call we won’t charge you the late cancellation fee.” I have demanding clients at both work & my internship, unfortunately sometimes my schedule changes last minute. I was going between 3-5 times a week & often did the 5am class. On a couple occasions I needed to cancel & it was fine, on another occasion I overslept & they charged me which was totally fine, that was on me! I get that if you miss/skip a class they’ll charge you & I’m fine with that, but sometimes I had critical client demands & they weren’t accommodating. I decided to cancel my membership when I called to late cancel & they said they’re “really cracking down on late cancellations.” I couldn’t get to the 4:30pm class because I had a client who needed to reschedule a call for the same time as the class. It started to feel stressful instead of something enjoyable, so I canceled my membership. The manager called me and she was nice, but wasn’t overly interested in talking. It was that & one of the other front desk staff who just kind of made it a place I didn’t want to be anymore which really sucked because the coaches are the best! I found the situation really frustrating because I’m not a member who just cancels all the time. I really enjoy the workouts. I really wish my schedule was less crazy & it will be come December! You can go to any Orangetheory with a membership. I canceled at this location because I don’t feel they ran things the way they initially told me. I’m going to start a new membership at a different location & while I know it’s somewhat all the same, I just didn’t want to benefit this specific location anymore. I’m not going to leave Orangetheory because of poor management, but I won’t be going back to this location & I don’t recommend it for anyone who might need a little flexibility.

This is a great workout facility and experience! The concept of interval training, a fitness coach for the duration of the workout and the heart rate monitoring for each class makes this an overall WIN WIN!!

I like the variety and the speed of the class, its never boring. Since several people are doing it at the same time, you are more likely to try and keep up. Plus the coaches are all great and very motivational.

I love working out at orange theory fitness but had a call with Jamie and was greeted so rudely and so unprofessional. I am a fitness instructor and teach at different boutique studios and it doesn't take much effort to show positivity and kindness... literally part of our job. Wont waste my time here, would much rather head over to vernon hills or take a longer trip to avoid this person

They take contact info from ex-employees and feed it into their automated solicitation system, despite claiming this would not happen. Avoid this weird exercise cult at all costs.
