I love going to this place. They have a lot of vegetarian options and can always modify. The staff is very friendly. They have good host to guest ratio so people do not have to wait long in lines and on table to order food. The tables are adequately spaced and people are not listening to your conversation, not peeking on your table. So thats something I like too. It has alot of options in kids menu and they very family friendly. I have seen sometimes people having birthday celebrations, Christmas get together, thanksgiving brunch etc. so thats another plus here.

The Brunch Cafe has recently opened, and we visited with our party of six today. We entered our reservation through Google Assistant, which was executed by the host team well. Upon our arrival, our reservation was honored, even with all of the walk-ins, and were seated. Each of our meals were well-prepared and delivered on time. While the team is still learning how to work together, our experience was pleasurable. We look forward to returning again to try new items on the menu. Update - We enjoyed brunch at this location this past weekend, and really enjoyed the new items we selected from the menu. The service team was very efficient on turning tables and keeping patrons moving. Looking forward to our next visit.

Their food is very delicious and savory too. It's worth the wait on a Sunday too. They have really good mimosas too! It's a good spot to eat great food and get your Sunday Funday started too.

Perfect brunch place. Order breakfast and then place an order of onion rings for the table (to make it a brunch) They are awesome!!!

Great food, great ambience and great service. Overall A+ experience. The food was brought out very fast, food tasted good. Fresh squeezed juices are also great. The family that owns is there always and the they take special care of their customers

Had breakfast. I didn’t like their sausage was too fatty and the hash browns were oily. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Our first time at Brunch Cafe in Kildeer today and we loved it! Honestly, I loved it even more than Jelly Cafe. Very clean restaurant and staff is very friendly. Delicious food, but hash browns were not good. We tipped cash by leaving it on the table. I hope our waitress got the tip because I’m not sure if tipping with card would have been better. When we waited in line to pay our bill we saw that our waitress passed the table a few times but didn’t grab our tip. Would definitely go back again! Highly recommend! Thank you Brunch cafe for being super kid friendly. My daughter loved the little bendable sticks to play with and she loved the kids meal!

Went to this restaurant for the first time this weekend. Emma our server was very polite and efficient. The food was very good, the atmosphere is upscale and everyone from the host to the staff were very helpful. Even the manager came around the say hi to everyone. Overall, I would give this restaurant a high 10!

It was my first time here, and I loved it. They have plenty of classic options on the menu but a few fun ones as well.Great service! The waiters are so nice and helpful! The food tastes great and comes fast. The ambiance is a really nice and quiet place to sit and talk. We got there around 9 a.m., and it was getting pretty busy and loved people sitting and just enjoying their food. We ordered the nacho omelet, which has a little kick with pancakes and potatoes on the side. The coffee was awesome. I will be going back.

EDIT: This has become a favorite for our family. The kids always yell BRUNCH CAFE when we discuss Sunday morning breakfast. Super nice servers, the manager always walks around and checks in. Everyone is always happy and smiley! Love it here. And food is always consistent and delicious. We love Brunch Cafe Kildeer. They were one of the only places we went to when restaurants first opened back up. They felt safe and followed protocols. The servers are so nice and the managers/host/owners are the best. Every time we eat, a manager or owner (I assume) always comes to check on the table.

A few months ago I had gone to this location with a friend and the food and service was excellent, but today November 2, 2023 that was not the case. I ordered the veggi burger and it was horrible. It had no flavor and was bland & tasteless and my friend ordered the salmon sandwich which was also bland and tasteless. We then ordered the carrot cake pancakes which were excellent last time. But today they were also lacking in taste and flavor, so we were very disappointed. On top of the lackluster tasting food the service was not good either. Our waiter did not ask us about our food or check on us, and when we wanted something we had to get his attention though the restaurant was basically empty. And when he did come to the table he would give us the impression that we were not worth his time or efforts with his attitude. He never engaged us in conversation and provided no customer service as a water. Needless to say we will not be returning. It is just so sad that we could get great service and food 4 months ago at this location but today have horrible service and food. I would think twice before you visit this place.

My husband and I went out for brunch to celebrate my birthday. We had a lovely time and Ytzuri made our day! She was so kind and attentive. She also made us the most beautiful coffees!

Updated Review 11.15.2023 While I've visited this place on multiple occasions and had generally positive experiences, my recent birthday brunch left me a bit disappointed. The service was impressively swift, a consistent positive aspect in my past visits. However, the food, which has been a highlight in the past, didn't quite live up to my expectations this time. The Vegetarian panini, a favorite of mine during previous visits, seemed to lack the flavorful punch it once had. The combination of ingredients didn't harmonize as well, resulting in a somewhat bland taste. Even the usually delightful sweet potato fries that accompanied it failed to meet the high standard I've come to expect. Similarly, the Portabenny with hash browns, another dish I've enjoyed in the past, fell short in the taste department on this occasion. The portobello mushroom lacked the robust flavor I remembered, and the hash browns seemed a bit lackluster. While the service remained efficient and the staff was attentive to our needs, the diminished quality of the food overshadowed these positives. It's disheartening when a place you've grown to appreciate doesn't consistently deliver the same level of satisfaction. I hope this experience was just a one-time occurrence, as I've had enjoyable moments at this establishment before. Despite my disappointment, I might give it another shot in the future, hoping for a return to the delightful dining experiences I've had in the past. I love this place. I have been here couple times and this place never disappoints me. I love their food. Weekends it pretty busy but I went today on Friday, it was decent busy. We told our server that we are in a little hurry so if the food can be brought faster and to our surprise she actually did everything very fast. Even everything came pretty quick, it was beautifully presented and very tasty and made to perfection. The server made sure that we have everything we need to order or more coffee so she made very frequent rounds at our table as she knew we were in rush. We ordered Fiesta Skillet: it was so yum and made to perfection as it was warm, veggies were fresh, and egg was over easy and perfectly done. We also ordered Portobenny with potatoes. I love the presentation of my Benedict and was super yum. But potatoes were not that great. But we’re still fine. We asked our server to get the pancakes later so we can eat them hot and she on to it and got us fresh pancakes. It was a quick trip and had no complains during this visit. Definitely a place to try

Our experience was so amazing! We were greeted by such a graceful lady named Bianca her personality was so radiant I came in there hangry and after talking to her felt like home not to mention it was so busy and Bianca was moving to make sure everyone was satisfied and seated definitely will be back and highly recommend! Our server Olivia was wonder Too! Great job team!
