Great forest preserve. I've been going there for a couple of years now and riding my bile on the trail is very relaxing. Highly recommend this park. 🤘🏻🚴🏼🏃🏽🚶🏽

Great hiking trails.

This a wonderful place for large gathering's. We celebrated a large family reunion with approximately 100 people. Beautiful large trees, grass, walking trails and a beautiful pond.

Beautiful trails throughput the preserve, ponds, picnic tables. Excellent!

This was my first visit for a 5k. The trail I took was a hilly mix of pavement and crushed gravel. I swear the hills were higher on the way back, but I could just be out of shape. I do plan to come back with my bike and camera. Enjoy!

This is a very nice park. They need to put a new surface on the tennis courts but they are still playable. There is a nice basketball court here and plenty of space to play football and soccer and trails to run walk or bike.

A really great place for a picnic. It has 2 ponds with stocked trout, lots of trails to walk, has public restrooms, and open space to run around. Only negative is no playground, kind of like adults only comedy on a cruise ship.

Lake county forests do not disappoint and Lakewood is no exception. There are some nice hills here, lots of wildlife and beautiful views around multiple lakes.

Aside from the noise pollution near the road, it is top-notch

Well-maintained forest preserve in Lake County. Expansive walking trails and connections to Millennium Trail and a fantastic sledding hill which opens during the winter.
