A good restaurant in Cuddalore, a little away from the main town but on the bypass road. Easily accessible by road, good ample car parking space and excellent food served. If you a non veg lover or a must try, they have all types of non veg options for all sort of people.

Location is easy to locate. Taste of the food is good. Dishes are bit overpriced but. Ambiance is good to accommodate 40-50 persons at a time. Plenty of car parking available. Restroom are located outside the restaurant separately. Small juice shop also available outside the restaurant where they sell fresh juices, rose milk and butter milk. Suggestion: Rather than biryani go for non-veg meals with side gravies like mutton botti, nattukozhi roast etc which are very good in taste. Mutton Biryani personally I dint like it. Must try: Their famous ‘Malli chicken’

Located on the way to Cuddalore Old Town. One of recommended non veg restaurant in Cuddalore. Try non veg meals. By default they welcome you with soup. Price is ok. Spice is little high now a days. Rest room available and parking also available.

Travelled from pondy to cuddalore just to try their NV delicacies. Really worth the travel. Ample car parking. Though the hotel was crowded never mind. Just focus on the food. The sea food was really good and the service was good and fast. The taste was awesome and was worth the money spent. The waiters, the ladies were courteous and quick. Great place to have non veg food. Never miss it when you are in Cuddalore

Visited this restaurant for today's dinner. No menu Card... Ordered Fish Finger, chicken grill and mutton pepper fry. Except fish finger the order two were just average in taste. In my experience any mutton dish or starters should be small in size, however it was bigger in size which I did not like. Got only fish gravy for egg dosa and honestly saying it was one of the worst fish gravy that I have ever tasted. Don't expect too much and step in for dinning...

I had Briyani several times.the taste was very nice. Recently had Meals and mutton Briyani. Lunch taste was awesome, providing meat curry, fish curry, rasam, butter milk, 2 porial, pickle and banana leaf. Price of briyani- close to 300Rs and meal- close to 200Rs. Saturday and Sunday we can face huge crowd. Car and bike parking is very limited. Parecl service is available and not sure about home delivery.

One Good restaurant at town for so long. Non veg meals which is affordable and very reasonable for the quality of the food. Typical taste they have been giving for the past 10 Years. Good for family, kids, friends. Might be favorite for Non veg lovers.

They don't have menu card. They have just 2 veg options. They are not very adjusting when people have a fast and need fast specific food. The waiters were non cooperative. The manager finally understood and provided the food that we asked for.

They thought (Hotel Devi) living in 2030. Cost of each and every food item is too costly. Even in chennai, you can find less cost hotel with great ambiance and great taste. Recently I went to chennai, myself and my friends had dinner near Perungudi(same restaurant like devi). Cost of chicken noodles is 185 Rs (great quality and quantity). Same chicken noodles cost 280 Rs in Hotel Devi (too much). Taste wise, not that great. So, if you don't care about money, then you may go here. If you are from middle class family, then think before you go here..... Thanks!!!

Recommended place to have a authentic south Indian taste. Non veg meals is preferred here when compared to biriyani. Nattukozhi masala is a must try dish. Sea foods also available., price is little bit high. Must try dessert : Jigarthanda. Neat parking and rest room facilities. They serving the foods in banana leaf. At lunch time compliment soup for all.

Food was OK but you would be asked to share the table with strangers even when you are with family. If this is their norm. They should tell in advance or put it in a notice. Manager was rude and forced me & wife to share the seat with strangers. I would skip this hotel if you need a privacy.

4 star for the billing mess-up that always seems to happen. Certainly the waiting staff are craving for tips while the service lacks quality. Make sure to review your bill. Food taste good.. but the quantity seems to be questionable for the price. The hospitality definitely needs to improve.. Devi seems to be losing its ground of service.

Good food, served in Banana leaf style. Quality of food is good, especially fish dishes. A lot crowded during peak lunch hours, waiting time due to crowd is the only disappointing factor. However service is quick when you get a table to sit

We ate mutton biryani, chicken biryani, chicken curry, fish fry here! Everything tasted amazing and the food quality was so good as well. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a lunch break stop, on their way to Pondicherry. Veg items were really good too! 5/5 ⭐️

One of the best non-vegetarian restaurants around the Cuddalore area. They have fish curry and other seafood items. Those are really awesome in taste. Nice place to spend and eat along with family. Especially the fish roast and curry tastes are too good 😋

Biriyani was acceptable. Ambience and cleanliness was on par to what you would expect on a highway travel stop in India. Some really good performance on the side dishes. My recommendation - Malli Chicken (Crispy fried and amazing)

  • 4/5 prabha k. 1 year ago on Google
Food was sooo good. Especially the biryani. It's quite less spicy and suitable for kids. So spicy lovers can rethink once. Their malli chicken is unique and special. The fish can be fried a bit more. Not having menu is little disadvantage for new ones.

Good food but the cost of side dish are relatively expensive for the quantity. The price of mutton biryani and mutton chukka is same but the quantity of chukka was less than 100gms. However taste of all items are good.

One of the best non vegetarian hotels in Cuddalore. Highly recommended for their Biriyani especially mutton Biriyani which is freshly prepared with seeraga samba rice every afternoon. The non veg starters are great as well. Malli chicken, mutton chukka, mutton brain fry, prawn fry and vanjiram fry are top notch. I had to take one star off because their bread varieties are average. Be it the Ceylon parotta or egg lappa they leave much to be desired. Fresh Biriyani is also unavailable for dinner. If they could ramp up the dinner spread on par with the lunch, then it could easily be amongst the top 3 restaurants in town.
