This
location
is
in
Cuenca,
Ecuador.
I
came
in
at
8:06am.
None
of
the
breakfast
menu
signs
were
out
so
I
ordered
a
McBacon
with
no
onions.
I
heard
her
call
the
order
to
the
back,
so
they
wouldn't
forget
the
no
onions
part.
The
cashier
was
apparently
unable
to
open
the
drawer.
So
she
told
me
she
would
bring
my
change
and
receipt
with
my
order.
At
8:37am
I
went
up
to
check
on
my
order.
The
order
had
not
even
been
started.
I
suspect
because
no
receipt
for
me
meant
no
printed
order
for
them.
Cashier
called
back
the
order
again,
and
said
it
would
only
a
few
minutes.
They
started
the
order.
Not
one
person
in
back
was
wearing
gloves.
They
didn't
use
tongs.
All
buns,
meat
and
cheese
were
picked
up
by
hand.
The
hurriedly
handed
me
a
cold
burger
with
onions.
When
I
showed
the
cashier
the
onions,
she
called
back,
and
was
met
by
arguments
as
to
why
it
was
not
his
fault.
I
seriously
stood
at
the
counter
another
10
minutes
because
he
didn't
want
to
remake
it
insisting
it
wasn't
his
fault,
and
he
shouldn't
have
to
do
it
again.
Seriously.
Over
40
minutes
total.
And
the
burger
was
cold
again.
I
never
did
get
my
change
or
receipt.
Finally
decided
it
just
wasn't
worth
it.
I
have
been
to
McDonald's
in
a
dozen
different
countries,
and
have
had
wonderful
experiences
in
all
of
the
others.
A
tribute
to
McDonald's
management
and
training.
Unfortunately
just
not
here.
