Great service. I had heard over the years that going through the route of getting a diagnosis would be hard, complicated and would take a very long time but found out it was the exact opposite. I wish I had just done it sooner. Optimise Healthcare have just made things really easy. Great accessibility too, I live quite far from the facility and was able to be assessed through video calls. Would 100% recommend this service :)

I couldn’t be more thankful for the staff at Optimise. Making the first appointment was easy, the lady I spoke to was really helpful, her attitude to help was amazing. Made me feel more at ease for this process. My first online app was easy to access and I felt really comfortable with Megan as she went through the assessment with me. My final online app today was very accommodating and helpful. I feel really happy with the outcome and the care I will receive going from this.

I've been assessed by Optimise personally and my daughter has also been through the same thing with them. Amazingly patient and kind people and so understanding of what your going through and symptoms. Never make you feel silly or like your symptoms are not real. Lovely lovely people. I have had experience with and had support from Optimise Healthcare group for the past 18 months not just for myself but for other family members too. I was quite nervous about accessing such services but from the moment I made contact with Optimise I felt reassured that I made the right choice . The staff were so friendly ,warm and welcoming and I was quickly made to feel at ease. It was clear on consultation that the Psychiatrist (Dr Nazir ) had extensive knowledge and experience , he was professional but approachable and he was able to recommend and provide support and treatment which was specific to my individual needs ; reviews were undertaken regularly to ensure the plan was effective . I cannot fault Optimise HealthCare at all and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others who are seeking support . I feel the best I have in years ! :)

Optimise Healthcare Group are fantastic. Professional, kind and provide efficient and fast service. The nurse who conducted my online session was patient and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was able to offer me the following appointment within a few days and with a choice of FTF or online options. The consultant who saw me was professional, thorough and made me feel comfortable. He was able give me full information about the diagnosis and treatment options and answered any questions I had patiently. The only low side for me was that I found out I am not as tall as I thought I was 😊

Quite impressed on how quick I was seen and dealt with..very happy with my consultant altho I do need to redraft my final ADHD report since there were some errors in it..but overall good healthcare group and I'm glad I'm with them since I'm being listened to

I am a new client to Optima The environment was great receptionist very supportive and helpful. The set up looked good and the doctor very professional experienced and caring at my first consultation. My next appointment /review was undertaken by a nurse and complications from side effects were beyond her level of ability to review and prescribe. l was given good advise by the nurse to stop the concerta and advised that she would discuss my case within Optimas MDT on Thursday and ring me back and if l did not hear from her to contact her. I emailed Optimise and am just waiting to hear the outcome. Overall seems a good service giving me hope that my ADHD can be helped.

Very reassuring and professional. Anne on reception is a lovely friendly lady and we are always made to feel welcome. Dr Malik has a wonderful manner.She is patient and caring and explains everything clearly. Excellent experience.
