Located inside Westfield Culver City (Fox Hills) Mall near Best Buy. We went to this location on a busy Friday night for my mother-in-law's birthday dinner. We got there around 7:30 pm and the wait time was 30 mins (not bad). We got a text right at the promised time and were seated. The restaurant is clean and organized. Food was cooked to perfection with that authentic Olive Garden taste. Service was great from every single staff member we encountered, all were friendly and courteous. Shout out to our server Stacy who was super attentive and helpful with the menu, she was amazing the entire time making sure my mother-in-law had a good birthday experience. The pace of service was perfect and very enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience at this location.

Absolutely horrendous restaurant and a complete embarrassment to the Olive Garden name. Two times I had terrible experience at this place. First time they didn't give us any breadsticks or water until we asked, then it didn't come out until we were almost done with our food. On top of that, it was bland like it wasn't seasoned correctly. Food was also mediocre, not a great experience. Second time, decide to give them another chance. I walk up to the front to be ignored for 10+ minutes, then ask for 2 outside (plenty of people outside). The oblivious lady, tells me someone will be right with me to seat us out there. Wait 15+ minutes, ignored again by every server and manager walking around (there were a lot). Then she notices me waiting for a long time and FINALLY notifies a manager that we need to be seated. The manager then tells me there are no seats outside, and it's for inside only. WE ASKED OUTSIDE FOR A REASON! We also waited 15+ minutes to be told they can't seat us outside like they said they would? Terrible Olive Garden that I will never support again. I frequent this mall several times a month, so they will definitely not get my business when I come through. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

We came in with 10 mins to spare before the kitchen was closing (which we felt horrible about, but we were in town on vacation and were starvinggggg) so my husband went inside to see if they would seat us. The manager agreed and said as long as we ordered quickly. We sat down and ordered within a minute or two. Our waiter was nice and very helpful. We appreciated him staying later than all his co-workers to wait on us. The service was amazing and we were so happy it worked out. The food was very good, especially since it was the end of the night.

Nice service and excellent portion of food. But the dishes were not very good. The lasagna was dry inside and the cheese inside is too heavy for me. So I couldn't finish them.

Five stars based on getting exactly what you want from an Olive Garden meal. Great selection, really friendly and fast service, good gluten free options and the cheapest meal we had on a two week vacation. Also great fun to play a trivia quiz against other tables across America (of course we won!)

Great service, our server Giselle was on top of it! The food came out on time, we didn’t have to ask twice for anything we needed nor did we have any complains about the food. Overall great experience for date night.

First time at this olive garden and the food was fantastic. But the service was especially amazing. We had Kai as a server and he was attentive and on top of things throughout our experience.

Service was uneven. We waited 20 minutes for soup, but it was steaming hot, freshly made, hence the wait. Our waiter would vanish for 10 minutes at a time, where the manager started helping serve us if we wanted more soup. They were short staffed, but it felt like they weren't really working their servers super hard, with 3 - 4 tables each, at most. We were the last ones in the restaurant and still waited for simple requests. We still had an enjoyable time overall, with the amount of food we got and left with.

Experiencing this restaurant for the first time as a foreigner truly encapsulated an authentic American dining experience. Delving into the never-ending deal, I couldn't help but feel a tad guilty considering the generous portion size in comparison to the price paid. The quality may not reach top-notch standards, but it's a gratifying choice for those seeking something random, especially with the delightful addition of their breadsticks! The ambiance was heightened by four birthday celebrations during our meal, and the decorations added a cool vibe to the experience.

Food was amazing, our order got mixed up so I got my food but my friend had to wait 25 mins for hers to arrive, other than that it was very good

My Boyfriend and I had dinner there last Friday night the 30th and sat at table 427. Our server took FOREVER to greet us. He brought my appetizer along with our food. We asked for 2 toscanas to take home and when we got home the container was less than half full. It was very disappointing, considering that we’ve been to so many other Olive Gardens and this location was the worst.

I highly recommend dining at Olive Garden. The service is amazing and the people were really nice. The food was amazing and I highly recommend the Tour of Italy, as it had a great variety. The size of all the dishes are huge and you most likely would have to pack at least some of the food. The kids meal was also a amazing deal, the only problem we experienced was that the menu was a bit dirty but they replaced. Also the screen there that has games will charge you even if you just click a game, so be aware of that. Overall the experience was amazing.

So, this is our second time at this particular Olive Garden and both times our server was Sheila ( I hope I am spelling that right ) Anyway, she is super friendly, super helpful and very kind. She remembered us from the first time we visited and that was like 4 months ago! 10/10 will go again, just for service from Sheila.

The food was Hella salty lots of sodium. I went to the restroom for a long time. It was on an empty stomach. The waiter was very nice. He was too nice. The environment was loud and no space to move. I would not go here for a date or celebration. They serve a lot of food
