I went to BJ's in Culver City for Lunch. I had the club Flatbread pizza with Lemon pepper boneless wings. I also had a sparkling sangria. Great place for lunch. The place was practically empty.

Pleasantly surprised with the freshness, flavor, and value here. Lunch specials for around $10 are an excellent deal, especially when they include things like fresh side salads AND fries. Superb service from the friendly, attentive waiter as well. Good attitudes all around. Also, great deals on beer when I was there on a Wednesday.

I had a wonderful time at BJ's with my friends. I ordered a rack of ribs and they were(dare I say) better than Lucille's! The tomato and mozzarella salad over some arugula and balsamic vinagrette was a nice touch. The pazzoki was delicious as always. I can't wait to go again. Drinks were very well priced. Our server was Brett and he was a delight. 😊 Thank you!

The server was very un-attentive and off discussing personal problems with the bartender. Never picked up any empty dishes. Had to go to the bar to get drinks. Food was cold. This was a waste of time and money.

Don’t dine here, horrible experience. It was a 30 min wait to get seated, once seated no one came to offer us any drinks or take our order. After 25 min of seating without any service we asked the host who our server was and we could see that none of the servers wanted to take our table. Finally a waiter came by and started taking our order with horrible customer service so we asked if we could speak to the manager. He supposedly went to get the manager but after waiting another 5 min he never came back and continued to help other customers. I went to ask if he had contacted the manager and he simply said he was busy. We just decided to leave after that. It was suppose to be a special dinner celebrating my mothers birthday and it got ruined.

I ordered a pizza online for pickup and got home and the order was incorrect. No problem, mistakes happen, but even the do over pizza was wrong and had to wait again for a 3rd pizza. The pizza slices were all different sizes and I asked for extra pizza sauce and barely had any sauce on my pizza. I’ve had better pizza at Sam’s Club.

I would describe my overall experience as lackluster. When I first arrived, the host is standing with his back towards me just watching me look around until I finally made the initiation and said “im here for takeout” in which he from over his shoulder says “ohc right here” and moves out the way. (how generous) After checking in and waiting I couldn’t help but observe the state of chaos the workers were in for a place that was not that busy. The host completely disappears as other guests wander in waiting for someone to greet them. One worker who I assume is a little higher up given her dress code is forced to not only seat people but also check people out in to go as well as the to go workers have now also disappeared. She awkwardly gets through one guests order not knowing they put the guests name under something else.(the poor thing) I was then disappointed when I arrived home to find what I can I describe as a starving replica of what an actual pizookie is. Completely ruined the mood after spending $12 on it. Atleast the ice cream was good.

Very much like any other BJ's, in terms of the decor and food... Happy Hour during football was nice! Service was a little uninspired.. Wasn't too crazy busy and they had plenty of staff working. Dunno, maybe it was an off night. Might have thought it was just me, but my friend noticed it and said something about it too. I do like BJ's in general, so I'd go back next time I'm in the area.

If I had the privilege to give -1000 stars, I would. I am sick in bed with Food Poisoning from this. First off, drinks were all terrible. From Regular Lemonade, to Strawberry Lemonade, and Orange Cream Soda. It tastes like someone just barfed into my glass. My friends and I ordered Chicken Parmigiana, Lemon Pepper Wings, and a Tri-Tip Combo with a Chicken Breast, French Fries, and a Baked Potato. The wings were average. BUT… Everything else was beyond horrid and detestable. My chicken parmigiana tasted like it was microwaved. The pasta I had with it was the worst. First off, the presentation looked like someone from Italy dissected a dog, and tasted horrible. The tomato sauce was disgusting. The French Fries were so cold, I would have rather chewed on Starbucks Ice. Don’t get me started on the steak. It was so chewy and tasteless I had a hard time swallowing it. I was tempted to order my favorite Oreo Pizookie but NOPE! Never again and never will I ever go back to any BJ’s Restaurant out of the most richest cities in Southern California.

I’ve never written a review before for a restaurant until this experience. I came here on 11/21/23, I was here to celebrate Friendsgiving with a few friends. I was reluctant to first come here to celebrate after my friend’s bad experience with a waiter months ago. I thought why not try it again and give it another chance. So it was fine so far, we got our table and ordered.. my friend ordered the Surf n Turf Steak same as me, except I ordered mine medium rare and she ordered hers medium well. My two other friends both ordered the porkchops. Minutes went by as we placed our order and then our waiter comes back to tell us that they had ran out of the Surf and Turf Steak and the Pork-chop, only enough for one person who each ordered it. I had never heard this before at a restaurant so I was a little shocked. To comply, my two other friends had to order something else. While waiting, I noticed on my side of the table wasnt cleaned efficiently as I saw what appeared to be a sticky soda stain of some sort. Food arrives and I was excited because the steak looked good! But once I cut into it, its not medium rare; they must’ve confused my order with my friends. I had to notify our waiter and after telling him, he asked me if I wanted something but I didnt know if that meant if it would be free or not. As I didnt want to pay for another dish to get disappointed by, I hesitantly said I was fine. As mentioned, I was disappointed with my meal but had to eat it anyway because I hadnt eaten all day since I was anticipating the meal. Our waiter for the day had to head out for the night, so he told us a waitress will now be serving us. I forgot her name already, but she sounded and looked as if she was sleepy. Me and my friend wanted refills and for 20 minutes or around there, she didnt come back to our table just to check up on us. Finishing our meals, we think about dessert and why not their pizookies. I was also excited for the pizookie as I was hoping it would be the better one of the night. So we all order 3 pizookies to eat our table. About 30+ minutes pass by waiting on our pizookies, our waitress comes back and gives us 3 pizookies. I recognize that my pizookie isnt the strawberry shortcake one and I asked her that this isnt what I ordered. She realizes that she gave us another tables order and takes them back. Me and my friend decide to cancel our orders due to the long wait. We asked her why it takes so long and she told us because theres so many pizookie orders. Take that for what you will, but the restaurant didnt even look that busy. Ive been to BJs before, but it wasnt like this. Just a horrible experience overall.

Show up like around 15:30 since that is the best time to get better service. Alejandro J. Was very helpful and friendly order a chocolate Martini and it was ok. Not like Vegas. Order a steak BJ’s original and it was good not to dry good taste and a clam chowder on a bread and Alejandro brought me a blonde beer it was smooth like a Pilsener.

Our food was over done. We sent it back and it seemed to take longer than the original order. Our waiter was slow and had no personality. Bathrooms, tables, floors really dirty either sticky, slippery or had food and trash under tables. I asked the host his manager name and he had to second guess himself like he didn't know her name. Staff with toothpick in his mouth, and others on their phones while helping dinners. We do not recommend this location. I wish I could give them no stars. I give them no stars for food, service and atmosphere.

The service was great. Unfortunately, the bartender was not familiar with pearl onions so I could not get my new fav drink Tanquery Gin martini straight up with pearl onions. He looked looked but none in stock.

The beer was good and the service was excellent. My main complaint is that I ordered a single thing - these Sriracha brussel sprouts, which had no sauce at all... That is, completely plain fried sprouts. I ate most of them because I was famished (and love sprouts) but they were oily and flavorless.

The host at the entrance seemed to be quite spaced out, he didn't seem to understand simple requests such as "can we get a table for two?".. took him couple of attempts to get us sorted. Apart from that the food is ok, nothing to rave about, simple solid menu, typical of a good sports bar.

Taste is good, but what kind of deep dish pizza is this? Maybe thick crust/pan pizza. Who cut this, a toddler? Cheese missing on half of it. Toppings thrown on it. Burnt edges. False advertisement. Terrible way to get return customers.

We are extremely happy of our waitress' Marisol's exceptional customer service. She was very accomodating with our needs and very friendly. She should be the benchmark of what a server ought to be. We will definitely come back here...service and food were excellent!

Very disappointed in my most recent experience. There was no hostess anywhere to be found and one of the meals was utterly disgusting! -walked in and no hostess, 5-6 employees walked by, no one said hello or welcomed us in and when someone did come to seat us they just said “next” like I was at some fast food spot. -NEVER order the steak from here! They boasted about a steak rub but it was no where to be found. It was flavorless as if not even salt or pepper was put on it. They offer “garlic butter” but it tasted like the garlic spread meant for bread found at Ralph’s and the butter was this thick glob that covered the entire top of the steak and never melted!! What butter never melts! The steak was chewy and ultimately inedible. -I will say though that they did offer a discount after we shared our comments. The fish and chips were decent and the waiter was kind. -This location has overall become more disappointing each visit in regards to service and food quality. Just be aware when you choose to dine here.

Pretty good happy hour. Daily specials are pretty good too. Off happy hour, I feel like some items are way over priced. Good thing about chains is that you know what to expect if you visited one before. This location, on a Tuesday (Oct 2022) night, they seemed a little under-staffed, so service was spotty. Just have to waive them down.

Wow $24.95 for tri tip and chicken BOTH WERE SMALL AS F. AND they killed my baked potato. Kitchen was slow as hell but food tasted really good even though it was a small portion.

To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. On a long hot day of shopping myself and two friends decided to pop in for a nice icy cold drink and a few sides to share. We were seated straight away as they were pretty quite and waited to be served. The wait continued for over 35mins, we tried to wave down a waiter who looked straight at us as he worked past looking straight at us. We decided to leave and as we were walking out the girl at the front desk waved us goodbye and said to us to have a lovely evening, I responded saying “thank you and just so you know, no one served us”……No clue!!!!!

Please fix your phone system! It’s impossible to reach anyone because no one ever picks up upon dialing “3”. It’s been like this for months and I even went up there just to tell the staff. Still no fix, Ubereats isn’t working either. I’ve tried way too many times to order online or through app as I have specific requests. Customer service would be great as a priority.

Below is all the fat and gristle from the horrid, underseasoned steak I ordered. It had bacon jam which was supposed to amplify the flavor, but the bacon was practically raw! I asked for the steak to be properly seasoned as I ordered it, but it was extremely bland! I told the waiter, and his solution was to bring me seasoning on the side_ which is not a solution!

After a bad experience at another restaurant where we left. I went here for my Birthday! And the service was awesome! And the food was great! We will definitely be back! It was Soo nice to have the server actually lift our spirits and make us want to return! ...

poor customer service, would like to sit at a table two booths over that was empty and place was not full, but didn't wanted to be crowded next to other people. Watch out, bad service and the guy next to us waited 20 minutes for a Beer. During covid times, waiter would like everyone to sit together.

We were pleased with the service from our server as well as the food itself. However, the hostesses were very rude. The woman with short blonde hair was the greeter this day. She stared blankly at me and my companion when we came in. No greeting, nothing. The only things I heard her say were "phone number?" and then telling the seater to bring us to x table. The seater herself just silently started walking and expected us to follow behind... no interaction as well. I don't think it's too much to expect a basic "Hi, how are you? For how many?" or "Right this way, please". I'm a hostess myself and this sort of behavior would never fly at my restaurant. Hosts are the first impression a guest gets from a restaurant. Please do better!
