    This McDonald's has to be one of the absolute worst. Aside from items missing from my order, all of the hamburgers were raw. Serving undercooked food is dangerous, especially if that food is accidentally ingested. Upon bringing up my concerns to the manager, I was only given an option of having a store credit and when I asked for a refund they said I needed to contact corporate. I called corporate the next day and they stated the store would have to issue the refund. Due to their carelessness, people in my party ended up with food poisoning and had to be seen by a doctor for treatment. The doctor suggested we contact the health department to file a complaint and that is just what we did. Hopefully the employees wake up and learn how to cook or this entire location is shut down.

    In the day and age in which we live, I think that the tea containers should be in a secured container, opposed to being out in the open on a counter, with the lids cocked sideways and open!! Anyone with malace in their hearts, with the intention of harming others; could VERY EASILY slip ANYTHING into one or both of the containers, without being seen!!! This could be fatal in so many locations!! Rethink the SAFETY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

    The absolute worst service! Got my order completely wrong. Went inside to get it fixed. The first employee I spoke to (young African American man with dyed hair) just laughed and made me wait almost 5 minutes while he finished his personal conversation with the girl working the drive-through, then acknowledge me and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. When I spoke with the manager, she was very rude and asked me what I wanted. I told her my order was not correct. She asked me what she wanted me to do, and I asked to get my correct order, which was just 3 hamburgers and a double cheese burger......she told me it be 35 minutes to 50 minutes to get my correct order. The employees there are extremely rude and racist and can not wait for when McDonald's becomes automated

    Ordered biscuit and gravy three sausage burritosorder of hash needed a second order of hash browns after we had sat down to eat and when we went back to order the one we we were told that they quit serving breakfast and could not fix an order of hash now this was like 4 minutes after 1030 it's hard to explain to a child while they cannot have hash browns when they say but this is McDonald's they have everything. Needless to say I had a very upset child. In the future I'll just stay at home. I did not know that it was such a hard thing to cook hash browns at a fast food joint.

    Definitely the worst visit I've ever encountered. place an online order for curbside and waited 30 minutes and finally got my food and it was ice cold. Went inside to get it remade and was looked at like I was crazy so I just asked for my refund and the original receipt so I could call corporate and the guy came back without the receipt and said he spoke with his manager and was told they np longer had a working number for corporate as of yesterday. Asked to speak to the manager to then be told by another lady (that he was speaking to) that they don't have a manager when I asked to speak to one. Sounds like corporate needs to pay them a visit and fire everyone and start fresh with a new crew that have been properly trained!

    Went through the drive-thru, and they were quick yet efficient, food was fresh, they got our entire order right the very first time, staff was friendly and professional.

    This is one of three worst McDonald's in Fayetteville. I ordered my food, paid and when I got to the window; all I received was my large Sprite. The young guy at the window asked me what did I ordered & asked for my receipt. I gave it to him, he walked away & then came back to say park in spot one and that they'll have to bring my order out to me. Well, I waited for about 25 minutes & then I went in and asked where's my food and I need my receipt. Another young guy serviced me but said he asked the other guy about my receipt and they don't have it/can't find it. I could see if they were busy, but they weren't especially since it was a Friday night. Just a mess!

    Their food is just ok. Their burger patties keep shrinking smaller and smaller every year. And once again, no ice cream products. I swear its now every other day their machine is breaking down and they have no milk shakes or McFlurries. The kids they hire these days have no clue what thry're doing and training is non existant. I told the kid taking my order 3 times to add nuggets to my order. I get to the pay window and the kid made it two seperate orders because he forgot to add them. The only reason I even go to McDonalds anymore is because my son likes their nuggets. If this company doesnt do something drastic soon they are heading for bankruptcy.

    They confirmed my Door Dash order, then simply didn't prepare it. DD driver was waiting to pick it up, and McD claimed they never received my order, even though I received verification that they had. DD had to cancel my order & refund me. I bet I won't ever spend another dollar here. Customer service has gone from good, to mediocre, to non existent.

    It was 12:00 noon and after ordering on kiosk there was a 15 minute wait time for your food as we were told they waiting for their fryer to come in. Folks were leaving without their food and the ones that waited (me) was just completely forgotten about. Food was being run out to drive thru without no thoughts given to the people that was standing and waiting. This use to be a top notch establishment but poor management has ruined the brand. They are never prepared to serve and seem to do as they wish instead of how things should be done.

    Seriously? How is this establishment (not even worthy of being called a business) allowed to continue operating with such rude, foul mouthed and self centered employees (and I use the term employees very loosely here). Drive thru I order 2 Large hot coffees with 12 packs of cream and 5 Splenda packs, total, on the side. I get to the window and I was told I had to pay for the packs of creamer and packs of Splenda I asked for. So I ask Ok how much? Her, No answer. She shuts glass and walks off. Brings back both coffees with cream and Splenda already put in and told "nah the manager said to put the cream and Splenda in the coffees" So when I tell them they made it like syrup, I was told well that's your fault and slammed the sliding window in my face? You would think in an establishment such as McDonald's, employees and their managers would be held to alot hire standard. Disgusted with how these young adults are trained. Even more disgusted that this seems to be an everyday occurrence and nothing's done to change it.

    The waiting time was bad! I ask the lady was my sauce in the bag,She shoved the bag at me and kept saying yea,yeah, I ordered French fries, and they were not in the bag$3.69 and I didn't even get my fries! The chicken sandwiches were all wrong,I will never go back to Leigon Rd McDonald's!Owen Dr McDonald's is a whole lot better! They treat people with kindness and respect! The employee's there at Legion Rd do not care about other people, They do not do their job. All they care about is the money..$$$$ I hope that corporate sees this. And what time it happened and who served me, so they Will know who is giving their best for them! I got treated so bad I will never go back 😭😭!!

    I swear this “ Restaurant is a physical real life embodiment of Idiocracy. The cussing I’ve heard at the window and going through the drive thru?? The painfully lazy, rude employees that act like I asked them to deliver my first child when I ask for food. 🥴🥴🥴 HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT TEO SANDWICHES AND TWO HASHBROWNS IN A BAG? Like every order yall screw up? Really? EVERY ORDER for three years? They really should only be paying $15h to those who take their job seriously. Not just ALL the staff. Only the ones who can count a damn sandwich and a hash brown. I swear.

    Worst mcdonalds in fayetteville the staff is awful! The only good thing about this legion rd location is the guy red that works there the only professional kind friendly hardworking employee there. I've called corporate over and over never get a response and the manager guy from 2-10 is the rudest unprofessional that sounds like he smokes 3 packs of day is the worst
