I ordered an 8 piece nugget with 3 Polynesian sauce, sadly I only received 2 but I was in a hurry so I drive off. As I was getting on industrial boulevard I looked in my rear view and saw a man in a CFA uniform running full sprint towards my vehicle (I was doing 35). He proceeded to turn on the jets and run alongside my car yelling "Sir, here is your sauce." We exchanged the sauce like a track team practicing relays, I yelled "Thank You!" He yelled "My pleasure!" And he ran back towards CFA. 5/5 Stars.

This is hands down the cleanest. Friendliest and most catering chick fil a I've been to. The staff was courteous and friendly. The food was as good as expected. Absolutely loved this establishment.

I wish they still had the coleslaw and carrot salad they used to carry, and not a big fan of waffle fries. They definitely run a smooth operation on ther drive-thru business

First time I eat Chick-fil-A and it was really interesting the taste of the chicken has and the honey BBQ sauce are soooo good ! The staff are super lovely that's awesome ☺️ I really recommend if you want eat some good chicken and yes it's better than KFC 👍

They had the best service, so fast and polite! We stopped by with entire bus full and they had our food prepared so quick. Definitely worth stopping by for a bite!

My last couple visits my order has been wrong and today I took my food back.The manager refused to refund me my money. I just feel as for one of the top fast food places that’s very unprofessional wasting the customer time and not making the situation, right! They lost a customer I’ll be going to lavale from now on.

Great staff and fast service but food over priced for quality of food

This location isn't particularly unique for the franchise, but I've always had great food and great service. They are very efficient with the drive through, and have a nice large dining area. It's a bit complicated to get to if you're coming off I-68 westbound, but follow the signs and you'll be okay.

I met a friend for breakfast. I don't typically eat at Chick-fil-A. My meal was ready quickly and the staff was friendly and prepped with the "my pleasure" response. I noticed that most of the tables in the dining area were sticky and dirty when we arrived at 8:30am. The bathroom wasn't clean either. Apparently the cleaning lady doesn't begin her shift until 9am. The manager or cashiers on hand should take the time to make sure tables are clean.

Favorite place to eat always hot and ready food, never too much of a wait, always friendly service. The restaurants are always clean, as well as the bathrooms. The kids love it, never any complaints from my family. We love Chick-fil-A

6 years ago i said: Fresh taste hot food! Great service. Unfortunately, I have to take all that back. The chicken is always cold now, the wait is always long, the service is meh! Won't be coming back here. But Taco Bell is way cheaper, and I wish I had gone there today instead. 😕

The drive thru was busy but boy were they quick. Everything in the order was correct, fresh, and delicious. The employees were kind. And the extra special detail? They bothered to use the little bubbles on the drink lids to indicate which drinks were which. We all manage without that, but it was a considerate extra step. The lunch crew at this chick fil a today were killin it!

Food is always fresh and good, coffee is excellent (and a larger cup would be very much appreciated!)

Would have been more stars, but they goofed our order up. Was later at night, and by the time we passed stuff out to eat in the truck and realized it, I wasn't going back. We picked stuff off of sandwiches and ate. I hate the taste of pickles, and it was in the bread. Sure they would have fixed but was too tired to go back. Didn't give the correct sauses we asked for either. Maybe next time will be better.

Stopped here for a break and food while traveling to PA and the staff were so pleasant! Forgot to get the lady’s name who helped us but I think she was the manager and hands down best Hospitality ever!

Not one complaint. Staff is always friendly and efficient. I don't get to go in, so I can't Comment about the atmosphere.

Stopped here while passing through. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and the food was consistent with what I've come to expect at Chick-fil-A restaurants across the country.

I always love Chick-fil-a, but we had an especially good experience at this location. Their employees are awesome. Jeffrey the manager treated us extremely kindly and made our morning a delight. We will definitely be back when passing through the area again.

Had an awesome experience at this Chick-fil-A! Lisa was very welcoming and besides taking our order, she check back with us several times thought the visit to ensure everything was great! She seemed to know when drinks were low and offered to refill them. We thought this was a brand new building, but she said it was remodeled. WOW it looked and functioned great! We loved that we could dine-in (cannot do that in Maryland). Overall, this will be our favorite spot to stop for lunch from now on during our drives to Ohio. Thanks Lisa!!

When I order food, I don’t expect hair to come with it. If there were such a thing as zero stars, that’s what you would get. To find someone’s long hair in your food is absolutely gross!! Do better, wear hair up and hair nets CF!!!!

Excellent. The best chick-Gil-a I’ve been to. Food was fast, hot and delicious as ever. Lisa was helping us and was WONDERFUL. Kind, attentive and helpful of a tired road tripping family in need of food and an break from the road. Thank you!

Biggest regular &/or most common problems with CFA is their prices compared to portion sizes; prices keep getting higher while portion sizes keep growing smaller AND making the issues worse are when employees fail to fulfill orders correctly + in ways showing they understand & respect customers choice to select CFA as the place to feed self/family + especially the chosen place to spend hard earned $$$ !!! EXAMPLE: Nugget 'crumbs' or hard, inedible, 1/2 size 'Nubs' used to fulfill Nugget Counts, Waffle Fries packed incorrectly thus not fulfilling correct order size quantities = cu orders/pays for Large size Waffle Fries but only receives a Large container filled at Medium quantity >>> This is Especially True for orders of Macaroni & Cheese +.coleslaw + Breakfast Bowls, etc ... the most expensive side/single items!!! >><< Exp: Large Mac & Cheese @ $4.50/ea ~ you're given a Large Container filled w/ a small scoop-small size orders' worth!! ... It's a disappointing Ripoff!! ... CFA should change their methods of filling containers for products susceptible to variances based upon varying individual employees' discretions = Change to a Weight Measurement standardized system! ... Their food is great and the company's mission & operation standards are largely respectable with the exception of what can basically be compared to &/or considered price gouging/ripping off customers by not equally & consistently serving customers what's ordered, paid for, expected AND PROMISED/Advertises by CFA! ... After ordering & paying @ $12.50 to near $14-$15 for a Large Sandwich & Side Combo Meal, average customers should be full and satisfied til next regular meal time ~ instead, odds are you may be still hungry and definitely unfulfilled & sadly, probably Broke! But, Hey ~ atleast it tasted good for the moment!

The manager or hostess was awesome. O watched her go above and beyond the call of duty. Her hospitality was par for the course! She needs a raise. Food was quick as per CHIC FILET way...I enjoyed every crumb as per usual lol...

They are quick here the food is always fresh and tasty, we always upgrade to a milkshake I love vanilla my husband and kids love the strawberry. We stop here often and it's always the same great service.

We stopped at this location on our way to Ohio and really enjoyed our experience. The employees were warm and welcoming and they spoiled my little ones with toy cows, stickers, and placemats. They went out of the way to help us - even at 9:15 pm! I am so appreciative of their kind service :)

Most employees were rude weren’t nice at all. Only one was extremely nice so i thank her!! Asked for a 12 piece nugget they didn’t give 12. Also asked for extra chickfila sauce only gave 2. Tea was nasty

Always fast service here. Family oriented , Very nice employee's as well as very clean and on top of them being the best young adults always pleasurable speaking with. They correct any problems with related to food order being wrong. To not liking how you was treated. At least that is how it is here! Keep up the great work guy's!!

It's always very efficient and timely when going to Chick-fil-A. Very rarely do I have any errors or mistakes with my meals and the staff is always pleasant

My boyfriend and I have stopped at this chick fil a twice now during our travels and each time the staff have been great. The food is always good! Looking forward to stopping at this location again next time we travel this direction!
